Wow, what an amazing authentic Italian experience, the hosts were brilliant and went above and beyond, made me and my son feel so comfortable and very welcoming. The experience was all in all amazing, we learnt and tried new things. I highly recommend this if you want he heart of Italy

Fabulous experience. Relaxed and adjusted to our needs the family could not be more welcoming. It was a perfect way to start our stay in Pisa. Lots of food, wine in a beautiful home with perfect host. Private cookery class worked for our three generation family, would highly recommend.

This experience was amazing. Elena and Giacomo welcomed us into their home with enthusiasm and warmth. It was more than just a pasta cooking class, it was like being part of their family for the afternoon. Sharing our family stories around the fireplace, walking in the gardens and looking at the chickens was simply wonderful. We highly highly recommend this experience. P.S. Mateo visit your mama.

The day spent with Helene and Giacomo was the best part of our trip. They were perfect hosts. We enjoyed our time with them and all the food and drinks they shared. My best advice is BOOK THIS!

This is a MUST DO! The entire experience was so thoughtful, fun, and insightful! The attention to detail, the delicious apps and pasta, the conversations - it was absolutely my favorite trip excursion to date! If you're looking for a pasta making class and you're anywhere near Pisa, do this one!

My husband and I spent 2 weeks traveling throughout the Mediterranean and this experience was the highlight of our trip!! Communication before arriving was consistently timely and personalized. Pickup was convenient, easy, and right on time. From the moment Helena picked us up, we felt welcomed and invited. It was just the two of us in the class -- and it was not like a "classroom" at all, but like a gathering with family. We spent the afternoon with Helena and Giacomo in their kitchen and on their beautiful organic farm. We learned so much about the land, the culture, and the food of the region, and of course about pasta making! They set an absolutely incredible table under the trees on the property overlooking the Tuscan hillside where we shared the lunch we made together along with other local delights. The pasta fed our bellies and the experience fed our hearts. Thank you Helena and Giacomo for a beautiful experience that we treasure for a lifetime and knowledge that we will share with our kids and family back home.
