I had a very disappointing experience flying with Air Arabia. On April 1, I traveled from Bangkok to Sharjah. The flight lasted many hours, yet passengers were not provided with even basic drinking water unless they paid extra. After such a long journey, I became severely dehydrated. I understand that budget airlines may not provide meals, but access to drinking water on a long flight should be considered a basic necessity. I also had a 17-hour layover at Sharjah Airport. There were very few charging outlets available for the large number of passengers, making it difficult to charge phones and stay connected. On my return journey, I was treated rudely by staff regarding baggage weight. The interaction felt disrespectful and stressful. Good customer service is very important, especially when dealing with travelers who are already tired. Overall, this was one of the worst travel experiences I have had. Air Arabia should improve customer care, provide better support during long layovers, and consider offering complimentary drinking water on long flights. I hope my feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve the experience for future passenger.
