Pickup Locations & Times
Where to meet your driver in La Spezia when the ship docks at the pier: Take the free shuttle bus you will find under the ship to the waiting area for private car service located outside the port. Your driver will be waiting for you here holding a sign with your name on it. The pick up and drop off time can be change according the arrival and departure time of the ship. The Port Authority has implemented this procedure and, as such, it is out of our control.

This tour includes pick up at the cruise port and rides to Pisa and Lucca by a private guide. The guide drops you off at Pisa and Lucca, but there is no guided tour through each. The guide provides information on your way to each stop. We arrived at Pisa too early and the church and baptistry were not yet open so that w only got to see the outside. Lucca is lovely and a great place to see a medieval Italian city with great shopping, sites and restaurants. Be sure to ask your tour guide to confirm at wine tasting at a Tuscan winery as the final stop - this was the real highlight of our tour - we went to Fattoria del Teso for a truly memorable experience. Our tour guide, Marta, arranged this for us, but we had to request this important and key experience.

The driver was on time and very personable. Vehicle was clean and in good condition. A wine tour to Bolgheri was added to this tour as well by request. My family and I enjoyed every minute of this excursion and would highly recommend!

I went with my family and had so much fun with driver Mancio he was Waiting for us on Exact time… the car was clean and comfortable … we went to the tower of pisa and we went to the mall (outlet ) on time … he gave us a good recommendation for the tourist spot and restaurants 👍 this Journey was worth doing again
Highlight of my trip! I did two tours with Tuscany Taste Tour: a private full day from Florence to Greve in Chianti, Monteferrante, Volterra, and San Gimignano winery as well as private full day from San Gimignano to Cinque Terre with Pisa and Lucca. We took this tour 2 years ago…. It seems long time ago after a year of Covid!! We met Maurizio at the parking place , he was there holding a sign with our name on it! I often had questions and he would reply within hours. His level of service was superior. He were a group of 8 in a comfortable van for a tour of Pisa and Lucca. Thanks a lot!!
