Entertainment and show was great. The food was awful and very disappointing. The first course of salad, NO EXAGGERATION, was served on each plate from a large bowl and the portion that I got had 4 pieces of lettuce and 8 croutons. There was NO salad. The main course was cold and options for the kids was disgusting. I had to share my cold food with my child. The desert was again, a cold dry brownie. Would not spend the money to do this again which is sad. This really could have been a great experience.
The actors and show was absolutely spectacular and definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a fun evening out. The food was pretty good, but it was a bit confusing about gratuity; the tickets didn’t cover that apparently so I was left scrambling for cash. The only other thing I’d tell people with small children is this; they recommend you go early because they’ll take pictures and then you’re immediately in the gift shop. It was a bit of a bummer because I was trying to stay on a tight budget, and with small children immediately corralled into a gift shop with an hour until the show started left me feeling like I was definitely in a pirate show; my booty got looted. On the bright side, my kids left with some cool souvenirs and we definitely loved the pictures!
Delicious food and fun show! We had a great time with our family of 6 adults and 3 kids ages 5,3, and 1. We were a little concerned it may be too much or too long for the kids, but they stayed engaged with the acrobatics of the performers and the food so it wasn't too tough. Would recommend for families.
Great musical performances and it was action packed. Food was decent as well. Great story told and tons of audience participation
It was very entertaining Unfortunately we had obstructed view seats which is why I only gave 4 stars All of items in gift store and drinks were quite expensive
We had an amazing time! The food was great and the show was fantastic. The cast had both adults and kids participate in various parts of the show and it was a really fun experience. Your family will definitely love it!
The show was boring and the 1/2 chicken with vegetables and mash potatoes tasted terrible. Very greasy and an odd flavor . The kids meals were chicken nuggets and Mac and cheese also horrible ! I tasted the nuggets . The food was served cold ! It was so bad we could not eat it! We were not the only ones not eating the dinners ! The room was very dark and dingy! When you walk in there is a line to check in took a long time ( even though we paid for our tickets on line) it took a long time because they were up selling every one. The gift shop was way over priced items ! I would not ever go here again and recommend for you all to save your money and go somewhere else!
This is a must see!!! Awesome experience for the whole family!!!! Staff/actors stay in character & are amazing!!! We did the VIP experience it was amazing and I highly recommend it!!!! Lots of crowd participation. Fun for the whole family!!!
We had a great time. All staff were friendly and receptive to questions. The lineup for the pictures and check in/buying tickets is very confusing. The two different lines cross each other and there is not a staff person directing. The food was really good, plenty of time for all courses with the performance. We had chicken with a glaze, mashed potatoes, seasoned vegetables, ceasar salad and a brownie. Kids meal was mac-n-cheese, chicken nuggets, ceasar salad, and a brownie. The performance was fun, energetic, storytelling with audience participation. Everyone in our group enjoyed the food, drinks and the entire performance and serving staff.
Fun, family-friendly show featuring pirates, mermaids, and more, but unfortunately not worth the price of admission. Don’t get me wrong: the entertainment is top-notch, but the food is just ok and EVERYTHING else is an upcharge: parking, additional taxes, drinks, photos, order processing fees, auto-gratuities, and then…they hit you with the server asking for a tip because, well, ALL that money you paid STILL doesn’t cover that portion?? I’m sorry, but unless you’re a huge fan of pirates, you are better off spending your hard-earned money elsewhere, The Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue, for example, which includes everything within its price (yes, tip, tax, refills, and adult beverages). This is a definite one and done type experience, if that.
