Pickup Locations & Times
Pickup is available from all hotels within Phuket. For the 9.00 a.m. round, pickup is between 08:30–08:45 a.m. For the 12.30 p.m. round, pickup is between 12:00–12:15 p.m. For the 3.00 p.m. round, pickup is between 02:30–02:45 p.m. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.

- The child must be 4 years and above and supervised by parents/guardians, tour guides/instructors, or tour operators. They will not be allowed to drive.
- Drivers have to be in good physical and mental ability to ensure safety. Drivers must be at least 15 years old.
- During the tour, strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the authority to stop any risky riding or unpleasant mannerisms with no refund.
- In order to use the zipline, the participants should be in good physical health and free of any limitations that could affect their safe use of the equipment.
- Please wear comfortable shoes. Flip-flops are not allowed. Sandals with straps are acceptable. Wear clothing that is comfortable and suitable for physical activities.
- Please leave your valuable belongings at your hotel, we will not take responsibility for any loss or damage.
- Individuals with the following conditions cannot participate: pregnancy, diabetes, epilepsy, or injuries/medical treatments related to the heart, lungs, kidneys, or liver.
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.

We had a great day out with zipline and ATV tour. Always felt safe and secure. The guides made it next level fun too especially for those who were a bit nervous on the ziplining. Keeping the group small was a great way to do it too so there wasn't too much waiting between each zip line. We were lucky enough to have one guide for just the two of us for our ATV ride. Once he knew our riding capability, he was able to make it more adventurous for us. And the stopping points were very peaceful with amazing views. The ride up and back from our pick up point was an adventure in itself. Not much suspension in the back but all part of the fun
