Arrived at Lanta 1,5 hour late after 2 changes of boat to smaller boats at Ao Nang☹️ we didn’t got any info that we should change boat after half way. We bought upgrade to VIP just so we could sit outside but since we just went with that bigger boat half way it was a bit disappointing. And staff at the boat didn’t tell us sitting outside upstairs that it was the people who were going to Lanta that was going to change boat. Next time we won’t go with that company.
Dear SissiWallgren We're very sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with the boat transfers to Lanta. We understand your disappointment at the late arrival and unexpected changes, especially after upgrading to VIP for outside seating. We sincerely apologize for the lack of communication about the boat changes. This is not our usual standard, and we are taking steps to ensure improved information flow for future passengers. We value your feedback and will use it to learn and improve our services. Please feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any further questions or concerns. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back aboard soon.
Pickup driver was on time at the hotel and delivered us to the pier with plenty of time to spare. The boarding process was easy with most staff speaking enough english to help us with questions. Baggage was transferred to the 2nd boat and then transferred to the dock in Koh Lanta for us to grab. Ride was smooth and pleasant. Could not have been better unless there had been an open bar.

The trip was fun and eventful! We knew there was a stop before arriving at our destination, however we did not realise that we had to change ferry half way through! Thank god the crew helped us with our suitcases, lol! Still, a good way to travel to Koh Lanta!
