On International arrival flights into Phuket Airport, please collect your luggage and make your way through Exit gates number 3 &4 leading you outside of the arrival terminal building to the main meeting point. Once OUTSIDE the arrival terminal you will be met by a Representative of Destination Services who will be holding a sign with your name on it. The representative will be wearing a blue shirt or polo shirt with a Destination Services badge. Should you have any queries or fail to meet your guide please phone the phone number you'll see on the ticket. On Domestic Arrival flights, Please make your way outside the Main Terminal Building to the outside main meeting point.

- 1. Transfers where passengers from any tour operator or company join together in the same vehicle
- 2. All Seat-In-Coach transfers are by air-conditioned sedan car, minibus, minicoach or coach depending on arriving numbers
- 3. There will be a maximum of 6 pax in a minibus with luggage with a maximum of 3 drop off stops
- 4. Delays maybe experienced at the Airport while all passengers assigned to the transfer come through immigration and customs
- 5. Flights arriving within 30 minutes of each other will be combined for Seat-In-Coach transfers. Delays maybe experienced whilst all passengers assigned to your Seat-In-Coach transfer come through immigration and customs from the various flights: passengers will be required to wait until all guests have cleared immigration and collected their luggage before the transfer departs.

dont use them as they dont know how to read dates and show up the day earlier leaving me no choice but to pay again for a taxi very poor...th
The lines in passport control were long and slow, I was afraid we would lose our booking. When we finally finished, we were happy to find our ride just where they said they would be. The wait was maybe five minutes for the car. The car was clean and well maintained. The driver was very safe. We were at our hotel in no time, cool and relaxed. I will use them again!
We were given wrong directions and the information on meeting point is also incorrect causing delay in finding our driver. We initially received a message from the tour operator to meet at Exit A, our flight information to Phuket was an international flight. When exiting there is no Exit A option, this is domestic flights only. Additionally, the meeting point says to leave exit 3-4, however again, at the international terminal there is only an exit 7-8 and 1-2. We walked back and forth between international and domestic terminal and could not find any indication of our driver. Finally; someone at the airport called the number that was provided to learn that it was indeed international terminal and in exit 1-2. It appears the tour company on Viator contracts out to a different company to pick you up. When we finally found the company TUI, the women who greeted us Katie or Kate was very nice and wonderful but with all the misinformation given to us initially had already put us in a foul mode. I highly suggest to get this information corrected on Viator as well as whomever is corresponding in the messages. Only rating Low stars due to this logistical issue. Aside from that, the driver was safe and got us to our destination and for the price of it, this is what we get
Nice ride from HKT ( PHUKET AIRPORT) to my guesthouse in Phuket old town. A small bag and even smaller carryon came along. It is an hour's drive. Planning, I booked and paid for this ride 6 months ago. All for $11 (US DOLLARS). So convenient. Everything was as they said it would be! They gave me a packet of promotional offers and asked for my phone number. Not interested in any of that, just the ride from airpirt to accommodations. It is a great service!
The ride was long and at times a bit scary due to speed. The traffic in Thailand is like New York but at 80 miles per hour. Driver did a great job and was very helpful with baggage.
After figuring out where to find our guide we eventually had a driver take us and our luggage to the resort. Waited 15 mins outside the terminal per the instructions before we realized we were in the wrong place. Then waited another 15 mins for them to send a driver.

Good arrival instructions. Name board was where we were told it was. Only issue is that this is an extremely popular holiday destination so there were hundreds of name boards. Tour information also provided.
This is the third airport pickup I've done with destination services. They are always reliable and service is great. I recommend them highly.
Waiting for us (as per the emailed instructions) at the airport exit with a name sign. Very polite and helpful. Car was extremely clean and our driver excellent too. We would use again.
