- The fee for the cable car in Hon Thom Island needs to be paid in cash on site

The driver that we first had, made it seem like extra activities such as driving to restaurants and beaches (because it was too early to check in) were included in the tour but they weren’t. Driver made us pay an extra fee for driving us throughout the day and the tour was not clear on what was included us not. The English translations are not good at all and sometimes we thought we were supposed to be getting things included in the tour (such as a dinner) but they weren’t. All drivers (aside from that first one) were nice though as well as boat tour guides. Wouldn’t recommend this

Free For Dinner then you think = Free Dinner; 2. Free for enjoying the beach and street = Driver serves to go for beach and streets. THEY ARE TOTALLY 2 DIFFERENT ideals leading to wrong expectation. We strongly suggest customers to read carefully before you book the tour and reply to our email we clarify 1 day before trip start. Moreover, we sent you emails that you never read and replied, which is very in-cooperative and respected. It is sad that you are Vietnamese in fact. Best regards, Windy
Our family chose this tour as the last activities of our Vietnam visit and did not disappoint. The hotel was nice (palmy beach resort) and the food during our tour was also very nice. we had an interesting day tour to Hon thom island with the cable car and an exciting day tour to visit Phu Quoc safari. Everything was perfectly planned and at a very high standard of service. Mr. Windy connected us with his guide and drivers everyday. It was a very trustful and memorable tour.
