After hotel pickup, admire the beautifully illuminated exterior of the Royal Palace, a perfect backdrop for evening photos. Continue to the hilltop temple of Wat Phnom, where you will hear the legendary story of Lady Penh. Pass by the brightly lit Independence Monument before crossing to Koh Pich (Diamond Island), a modern district showcasing the city’s rapid development, and continue to the emerging riverside area of Koh Norea. The journey then follows the lively Sisowath Quay along the Tonlé Sap River, where locals gather in the cool evening air. If desired, enjoy a brief stop at the riverside night market or a rooftop bar before returning to your hotel around 9:00 PM.

Your friendly driver will pick you up from your hotel and begin a relaxed ride through the heart of the city. You first visit is The Central Market “Phsar Thmey” one of Phnom Penh’s most famous landmarks, known for its distinctive Art Deco design built during the French colonial period.
Continue to Wat Phnom, the hilltop temple that gave the city its name. Enjoy the peaceful nighttime atmosphere and learn about the legend of Lady Penh.
Admire the beautifully illuminated exterior of the Royal Palace. While the palace is closed at night, it offers a stunning backdrop for evening photos and a glimpse into Cambodia’s royal heritage.
Stop at the iconic Independence Monument, beautifully lit in the evening. Your driver will share the story behind this national symbol commemorating Cambodia’s independence.
Cross the bridge to Koh Pich (Diamond Island), a symbol of Phnom Penh’s modern growth. Once a quiet island, it is now a vibrant area featuring residential buildings, exhibition centers, gardens, and riverside views.
Continue by tuk tuk to Koh Norea, one of the city’s newest and fastest-growing development areas located along the Mekong River. Cruise along Sisowath Quay and the Tonlé Sap riverfront, where locals gather for exercise, street snacks, and socializing. Take in views of the skyline and enjoy the lively yet relaxed evening vibe. If you wish, make a short stop at the riverside night market or a local rooftop bar (drinks at your own expense) before returning to your hotel. Arrive back at your accommodation around 9:00 PM.
