To start your night out your guide will take you on an illuminated drive to Peggy’s Cove just in time to watch the dazzling sunset with the famous Peggy’s Cove Lighthouse (also known as Peggy’s Point Lighthouse) overlooking the Atlantic Ocean as your backdrop.
Next, once the sun has set your guide will take you back towards the bustling downtown core on a scenic narrated drive passing multiple points of interest. Those illuminated points of interest include; Point Pleasant Park, Halifax Port, national historic site Pier 21, Halifax Seaport Market - the oldest, continuously operating farmers market in North America, the bustling Halifax Waterfront, the iconic brewery - Alexander Keith’s, universities; Dalhousie and Saint Mary’s, the beautiful City Gardens, and Fairview Lawn Cemetery best known as the final resting place for over 100 victims of the sinking of the Titanic. Your guide will narrate and provide ongoing highlights and tips about the surrounding area along the drive.

Peggy's Cove is beautiful - so glad we got to experience this. Our driver, Cameron was very friendly and knowledgable. We only had a few hours space during a working trip and this tour meant we got to experience a lot in a short time.
Cameron made the most of those few hours and it sounds like Peggy's Cove delivered exactly what it promises. 🌊 Perfect way to squeeze something memorable into a working trip.
We booked this tour expecting the experience described in the itinerary, but unfortunately it did not match what was advertised. Our group of 5 was picked up late from our hotel and driven directly to Peggy's Cove. The tour description promised a narrated sightseeing drive highlighting Halifax attractions such as Pier 21, the Seaport Market, Halifax Waterfront, Alexander Keith's Brewery, and Fairview Lawn Cemetery. None of these stops or highlights were included. The guide shared some general facts during the drive, but the advertised Halifax tour portion was essentially omitted. We were also disappointed that, despite booking a "Sunset Tour," we were not at Peggy's Cove during sunset. The driving felt rushed, and several members of our group felt motion sick. Peggy's Cove itself is beautiful and worth visiting, but for $90 per person we expected the tour that was advertised. Unfortunately, the experience we received did not justify the price.
It was highly recommended; the driver (Pedro) was punctual, very friendly, and the tour was informative. Spacious car, safe trip, and Peggy’s Cove was a great experience in very good weather - unfortunately, we could not experience the actual sunset, as the sun was still a bit too high at departure at 8 PM, after a 1-hour stay... the return trip took a different route, and we were dropped off at the hotel again.

The tour operator (SeeSight tours by Trip Sheperd) failed to pick 3 of us up at Halifax hotel for a 6pm reservation to make it to Peggy's Cove for sunset at 7:29, despite our calls & texts. A 7pm was then offered, but hotel was 55 minutes from the Cove, meaning we'd miss sunset completely. A promised return call regarding a refund never happened.
It was on time. Our guide was wonderful—very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Even though Peggy’s Cove wasn’t really my favorite spot (is simple) , the guide’s good service made the tour worthwhile. The sunset was nice…I am glad I took the 6PM tour.

A great way to get to Peggy's Cove as well as a the citadel and cemetery. My tour guide had interesting information about the city and sights. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended! Sunset hour makes the entire experience even more enjoyable.
My tour guide was outstanding. He was so welcoming, organized, and incredibly knowledgeable about both Peggy’s Cove and Halifax. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable while sharing fascinating stories along the way. We were waiting at the tour meeting place for more than an hour. When we contacted the operator, they said there was some confusion and there was not a tour guide available. Our tour was cancelled and we were given a refund. We wasted our evening and due to lack of time we were not able to visit Peggy’s Cove. We were looking forward to this tour and were very disappointed.
The driver did not show up at pick up point. Called office and they did not know where driver was. Cancelled trip office person says they will provide refund, however no email confirmation sent. I. Contact with my credit card company as it appears this was ascam

The experience was really poor, tho the driver was really nice, he didn’t have any relevant information nor about Halifax neither Peggy’s Cove, he even commented that he thinks that Peggy’s Cove was boring and there’s nothing to do, plus he was trying all the way there to make business with the other guest who were from another province of Canada. In addiction he didn’t drive to any of the sights mentioned in the itinerary, if it was our only day there and we’d relied on the tour we wouldn’t saw or learn anything about the city. As other tourist commented it was more like a taxi, tho I budgeted an uber drive there and it would cost cheaper, we really took the tour for what they say they offer but we didn’t get anything more than just the drive.
