We can send you theticket separately, but please note that you will not be able to use the skip-the-line service without the tour group.

First advice would be to check the weather. Our day was miserable, with clouds and full on rain! At the top all we saw were clouds and fog. However; that’s not why I rated this low. Our tickets were very clear in that we were to meet our tour guide at 3:20 pm with the tour to start at 3:30. Half the group (12 individuals) were there early. The others were still not there by 3:30. We waited until 3:40 before we left our meeting spot. We walked 10 minutes before the guide instructed us to wait, she was going back to get the rest of the group, who had now shown up (12 individuals). We waited another 15 minutes for these late and inconsiderate people. We were on a cruise ship, so every 30 minutes is valuable. Having to wait for those who can’t follow the rules should not be my problem. We had booked another experience with this provider and because of this experience we chose to cancel it. Please note, we are not local, never have been to Hong Kong before and had to figure out our way to get to the meeting point, so no excuse regarding trying to get there or find their way…we were all in the same boat. So very disappointed
