Guests are requested to arrive independently at the meeting point, or you may choose hotel pick-up in Pattaya with an additional fee between 10:00 AM – 04:00 PM (based on your selected time) The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by email after you have made the booking. Please plan to meet your driver at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after we have moved from your hotel, you may be considered a no-show

We ( 4 Adults and 2 young girls ) booked this tour via the Trip Advisor website and made our own way to the village. On arrival the very pleasant staff knew nothing of our booking even after showing them the details on my phone. (Poor communication between Trip Advisor and the village???) To the staff's credit they were good enough to honour our booking. The girls enjoyed dressing up in traditional Thai costume and both riding on and later feeding an elephant and also making a Thai dessert. Great family tourist fun marred somewhat by a lack of communication between TA and Siam Scape Journeys.
