Authentic pasta making!

Mariella's home was warm and welcoming. We learned so much and enjoyed every second! What a treasure to learn how to make tagliatelle, ravioli, focaccia & tiramisu from true Italian family traditions. Marianara sauce by her 92yr old mother was a dream. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality, Mariella. Caio!

Great experience with a GREAT HOST!

We loved our hosts and had a wonderful experience! The food we made was delicious and we were provided extra snacks as well. I was so grateful that Rosella Quartarone picked up our class as I understand that our original host was cancelling us the day BEFORE the class and Rosella kindly agreed to host us. Not only that, but she also offered to meet us and guide us to their home so we wouldn't get lost or have problems with taxis. She made the experience perfect!

Consuelo was a wonderful teacher. We loved our time learning to make ravioli with her! Her house was warm, welcoming and clean. We highly recommend this experience.
