Pasta, meatballs and ice cream in a villa in the hills of Florence
Description
You will live a unique and authentic experience in our Villa located in the Florentine hills and surrounded by the countryside with a beautiful view of Florence. I will be happy to teach you the secrets of the recipes that my grandparents handed down to me with love. We will prepare together two types of HOMEMADE PASTA: Tagliatelle and Ravioli Then we will cook the meatballs with tomato sauce and at the end I will show you how to prepare a good homemade ICE CREAM “smoked with coffee” mocha or with fresh fruit. You will eat prepared food on the terrace of the villa surrounded by nature and drink together excellent Tuscan WINES (bubbly , white and organic red). The beautiful VIEW of the city of Florence will make this experience unique and unrepeatable. It will be nice to tell you a bit about the story of my family and grandparents by showing you the memory book. We use high quality local products, many organic. We welcome small groups to make the experience more intimate and familiar.

Pickup Locations & Times
We will pick you up with our car in Viale Europa 126 in Florence and take you to our Villa in the Florentine hills in about 10 minutes. You can reach the pick-up point by taxi or using public transport. The buses from the historic centre to the pick-up point are:31, 32, 23B, 351A, 365A. (you can use google maps to find the nearest public transport to your starting position).

Absolutely Wonderful!! A+ Guya and Valentina are so lovely. Learning to cook pasta from Guya’s family recipes and in her home was so special and magical. The views were amazing and the food was delicious. A Tuscan must do!!

A unique experience in a beautiful place; Guya and Valentina are very kind and pleasant, making us feel comfortable and making the activity seem easy: I loved the process of making the dough for the tagliatelle and ravioli, the meatball recipe, the gelato, and the beautiful views. We shared with other participants who were also friendly. Thank you both very much for everything. Highly recommended experience.
Wonderful evening at a hillside Villa overlooking Florence & a welcome quiet evening sharing stories, laughs & wine while making pasta with scenic views along with a sunset that can’t be beat. Would recommend this experience to anyone to enrich a trip to Florence 🇮🇹❤️🇮🇹.
This experience with Guya and Valentina in the gorgeous Italian home overlooking Florence was the best experience we had in Florence. The warmth, relaxed instruction along with excellent food and wine combined with storytelling and laughter made us feel like we were with our own family in Italy. The thoughtful departing gifts made this even more special. Choose this class over the many other options for cooking classes in Florence, and you will be pleased.

My wife and I have always dreamed of coming to the hills of Tuscany, so to be welcomed with such love was truly a dream come true. Guya and Matteo made us feel like family. Fantastic and truly authentic experience, one of the highlights of my trip! Guya welcomed us warmly into her real family home, a beautiful villa set in the hills, surrounded by countryside and olive trees, with an amazing view over the city of Florence. We prepared ravioli, tagliatelle, and meatballs together, and everything was absolutely delicious. I felt completely at ease in such a cozy and genuine atmosphere. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a memorable and authentic experience!
