The tours themselves were nice but when booking this “tour,” you should know you’re essentially just hiring a driver to take you to three places. The driver was slightly surly but the vehicle was nice and clean. Great people at the parmigiana-reggiano factory, Lambrusco museum, and balsamic vinegar estate.

We are sorry to hear that it wasn’t the ideal experience you had hoped for. During our first communication, you told me you were thrilled about prosciutto visit (which is not a part of the tour and I double-checked that you understood it), that makes me think that the description of the tour was not properly read by you. As also stated in the "Additional info" section: “All the visits are held by the local producers' staff, no private guide will be during the day”. When you “just hiring a driver”, you need to take care of your activities. Instead, with us, you were able to enjoy your visits, together with light lunch and private transportation during the day with no stress, and we are pleased to hear that you appreciated our hand-picked dairy farm, lambrusco and balsamic producers. We are surprised to read your comments about our driver, as you had the same driver who is generally described by other guests in their reviews as “prompt, friendly and informative”, among other things.
