The activity itself was very good. The staff on the boat were knowledgeable and friendly. My daughter was also given an opportunity to drive the boat, which she absolutely loved. The staff onshore were not so professional. A fight broke out between two members of staff Infront of customers and they had to be restrained and separated. The wait for the boat was also far too long. We were told we would be on our way in 10 minutes but were still waiting 40 minutes later. All in all, it was a good experience for a reasonable price. Just be mindful that you will be charged an extra $10 per person when you arrive as an additional fee, which isn't made clear enough during booking.
We had an amazing parasailing experience in Sharm! Everything was perfectly organized and felt very safe from start to finish. The views from above were absolutely breathtaking and truly unforgettable. A special thanks goes to the staff, who were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional.
