This company Wisest Travel has the worst communication. While others responded to me from my Viator booking Wisest Travel would not respond on the App. On the day of our parasailing adventure I emailed Wisest Travel and sent a message through Viator...still no response. I got to the Marina and found out the excursion was cancelled due to wind. Not their fault on the wind...but not happy with the no communication. Luckily I did get reimbursed but had to make Viator call them to get it.
We had an amazing time and the crew was fun!
The 3 gentlemen were very kind and very knowledgeable. Was great to feel welcomed and safe. Thank you guys was a great experience.
My sister and I had an amazing time on this parasailing trip! The guides were hilarious and were very customer friendly!
Unfortunately, it was canceled two consecutive days due to wind conditions. I have always been pleased with Viator.

This was an amazing activity! So easy - just get in a harness, sit down on the back deck of the boat, and prepare to be gently lifted into the air! The views were outstanding, the feeling of flying was exhilarating. All to soon, the crew reels you slowly back down to the boat and you gently land on your feet. Highly recommend this activity!
Meeting place was far from dock; we could have just parked at dock and walked. Boat was an hour late from our departure time. Stopped for sight seeing, talking to other boats, etc. Once at our spot to parasail they said the weather was not good so we were going to return to the shore. 2.5 hours of the day spent on a boat, (I understand it not being safe I’m glad they took those measures) which could have been much more efficient. Many other parasailers were still up in the air when they told us we couldn’t go.

Lousy handling. Booked parasailing for the next morning after a lot of research. Was sent an email after an hour saying due to new Covid restrictions they are full and can not accommodate. Did they not know it an hour ago?? Waiting for refund - let’s see how much of a struggle that will be.

We contacted you by email at the moment of booking and by phone at the opening of the customer service department to offer you alternatives however you denied every options. The refund already have been made. See you soon in Los Cabos!
Never had a chance to go parasailing. I was given a call 20min before our time that they were canceling our time because of the high winds. We were in a taxi on our way to the marina and had to turn around, we were charged $25 for 1 mile. This company is also not easily reachable. They never sent over a time to be at the marina or anything.
Hi there, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Parasailing depends on good weather conditions, on that day it was too windy to enjoy the parasailing. The weather conditions can change very fast at the coast and the captain of the port restrict the water activity. We are sorry for the inconvenience but we have to follow the authority indications in order to keep everyone safe. I can see that you have been fully refunded. See you soon in Los Cabos!
At first our adventure got cancelled due to the winds, we had to reschedule for another day which was already for the Atv. We never got a chance to go back to the hotel to change into swim suits due to time but overall the kids had fun. The photographer i think his name was Luis, the captains Andrew and Andrew were all very good and interacted with us to make it more fun. A piece of advise make sure u go with tip money if u want to give them some. We left our bags at the office and felt so bad.
