Lake Parón is one of the most beautiful lake where you can enjoy the nature sorrounded by mountains like huaydoy, chacraraju, piramide, paron, caraz and aguja. in the route we will pass for many towns of the Callejon de Huaylas like Tarica, Anta, Carhuaz, Yungay, Caraz, etc. and finally we will visit the principal atractive that is lake Paron.

Departure from Huaraz city at the agreed time, the route is in the northern part of the Callejón de Huaylas, arriving at Carhuaz where we will make a small stop to have breakfast then we will continuous our trip we will pass for yungay, caraz from where the road deviates towards the east going through the Parón Town, arriving at the front of the Quebrada de Parón and the Lake of the same name, located at 4170 m.a.s.l. of altitude, we will walk 40 minutes aproximately to arrive to a sightseeing point from here you have a panoramic view of the lake and the mountains like huaydoy, chacraraju, piramide, paron, caraz and aguja and finally we will return and to Huaraz.

The tour was very normal, some explanation but it could be better. We contracted with one agency and ended up on a bus from another agency but nothing serious. The tour ends in the square, you are not returned to the hotel.
The time of stay in the locations are short, I would like to stay longer, but the place is worth it, worth every sacrifice, too beautiful.
The company is very receptive, provides us with all the necessary information, is punctual, responds quickly to all our questions, accompanies us throughout the journey to the location. We highly recommend the company.
On the internet they tell you that it is closed (it's partly true) but if you look in the B&Bs you can go there "smuggled".
An absolutely amazing trip! I booked this tour around 8pm the night before. I was aware it was a Spanish only tour but being that it was last minute I booked it anyways. The guides were terrific, they apologized for knowing little English but I felt well informed by them the whole time. I did this tour the same day I arrived in Huaraz and I will say I struggled a bit with the altitude but I am still glad I did it. If you are scared of heights, get car sick, or have struggled with altitude sickness previously be warned. I never get car sick but the ride up the mountain did make me a little queasy. We stopped in the city center for ice cream after they picked everyone up. We then made our way to the park, stopping one more time along the way to put in our orders for our lunch when we returned from the mountain (it was a small family run restaurant in the middle of the countryside with absolutely beautiful views) We did the hike which was about 30-45 minutes (including pictures, which the guide did an amazing job taking for me) then we got to kayak (single, double, or they will take you out in a group on a small boat) single was 20 sol On the way back we stopped for the preordered lunch then we headed back to the city where we also stopped for a brief wine tasting and more ice cream/chocolate. This tour was way more than I could have asked for!
Very good Service, it is a highly recommended Tour for the whole family the car arrives to the Lagoon itself already for the viewpoint if a small hike and its climb for the best shots, the Guide and driver excellent Service and very cheerful
