PanIQ Escape Room & Lounge – Venetian Resort Las Vegas

We did the casino heist and all had a blast! It was the perfect level of difficulty for beginners sliding into an easy medium level

It's was very good! We've done others before in other states, this was better. And they were very friendly and professional

We highly appreciate Viator staff who is immediately present to solve some problems such as mistakenly wrong booking. Booking in advance through Viator always saves time and sometimes even cost cheaper than direct charge in the counters. Besides, clients get rewards to use for next booking. I have tried 3 bookings in advance while traveling in Las Vegas and completely pleased with Viator support as well as our experience.

We love a good escape room and take every opportunity to find one when there is more than two of us! Our daughter was visiting so of course it's one of the first things we thought of doing! PanIQ did not disappoint! First things first, it was a bit confusing to find! The Love sign is out for repairs but we figured out where it was supposed to be and up we went. We had no idea to take the escalator up at the ATOMIC, that was the major confusing part! We had plenty of time though so didn't "PanIQ" and were looking forward to a cocktail before the attempted escape. Sadly the bar was closed. The escape room was well done, easy enough to be solvable but difficult enough to present some challenges. Not all equipment works properly though so be prepared to hit that hint button and let them know! All in all a great time was had and we'll be back for another room!

A fun escape room with entertaining puzzles that do fit in quite nicely with the theme of the room and some that don’t really belong. I feel achieving the goal of said puzzles good and takes some skill but working out just how to achieve the goal somewhat over convoluted and confusing. We did a LOT of head scratching at the start as the first problem wasn’t clear to us at all and caused us a big problem to get going. Also some of puzzles were poorly designed as needed to do a lot of waiting for the props to get there and that itself felt frustrating. The decor and set up was excellent and the feel of the place was nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My biggest gripe was how we failed to escape within the allocated 45mins (in my opinion) because the last puzzle wasn’t set up correctly and caused us major confusion. In order to solve the time and date riddle you needed to do an excessive amount of button pushing alongside another two buttons correspondingly however one of the other buttons didn’t light up and this in itself made the whole final puzzle to complete to room impossible to work out, especially as it needed to take easily 10 minutes to physically do the final puzzle when you worked it out which we didn’t have so it was pointless doing it by that point. I did however enjoy the room and would recommend it however I hope the staff can iron out a few little issues that would easily make this room much more enjoyable and less frustrating.

This location was great. The staff was amazing and the rooms are well designed. I would definitely recommend this location. Its right by the Venetian hotel and very close to restaurants. No need to look for drinks because they have them there.

Very well thought out escape room! Not every complicated but definitely made us think and had us stumped a few times! A super fun challenge!

Ethan has awesome customer service very friendly! Nice skills making drinks😁 This is a grate place to go with your family or friends. The waiting area is nice filled with games.

My wife and I had an incredible time at PanIQ Escape Room in June, taking on the Zombie Outbreak challenge. The room was immersive, the puzzles were clever, and the tension kept us fully engaged from start to finish. Highly recommend this experience for all.
