Made out to be more then it was, basically almost $100 for a 20 minute ride both ways, the local insight in the add made it seemed like there would be more to it and Alex the trip organizer was mia after many phone calls and left messages, never again
This was transportation to the canal only. We were picked up at our hotel just two of us and taken to the Canal. Once there we had to pay an additional $17 for the tour and IMAX movie. Our driver waited for us and 2 hours later we were taken back to our hotel which was located in the Old Town. I don’t know if an Uber would have been cheaper because this was transportation only. No info on the way to the tour or coming back. A bit disappointing but when you don’t know you don’t know. I gave them 4 stars because it was a good safe drive back and forth.
This wasn’t really a tour—it was just a ride to and from the Canal. Driver was friendly, but there was no tour provided.
Alex gave us the best VIP treatment, truly helpful information, was on time and waited patiently. The car was clean and in good conditions. Can't recommend him more.
We booked this for a pickup and private tour. The guide got in an accident and wasn’t able to make it. They still transported us. We asked for a refund for the guide portion because there was no guide and they said no. Unacceptable.
While we were in route to the pick up site we were emailed the guide had canceled. We used the pickup service to travel to the canal but had no guide and had to guide ourselves.
I met a fraud. When I book a tour, no one comes. My trip has been ruined. It's a waste of time and money. Never use it. I doubt that the management company is also reviewing the report. We will never allow this to happen.
