Palomino Tubing
Description
It is located on the Transversal del Caribe, on the banks of the Palomino River, near the Caribbean Sea coast. Palomino is the borderline between La Guajira and Magdalena. It is 26 km from the municipal capital of Dibulla, 90 km from Riohacha and 72 km from Santa Marta. Its territory has all thermal floors, from sea level to the perpetual snows of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. It limits to the north with the Caribbean Sea, to the east with the corregimiento of Rioancho, to the south with Cesar and to the west with Magdalena.

Itinerary
• We pick up guests at their lodgings at 08:00 am and we will take the road that leads to Palomino on a 2-hour drive by land vehicle. • In the middle of the road we will make a short stop to enjoy a delicious snack. • Upon reaching Palomino, we will begin our 30-minute Tubing experience along the Palomino River in which we will be able to appreciate the splendid natural landscape.
• The activity of the Tubing ends upon reaching the beach, where we will have the majestic view of the place where the river reaches the sea. • At noon we will have lunch according to the menu of the day. • After lunch we will have approximately 3hrs to enjoy the beach until 3:30 pm when we will board our vehicle again. • We will begin the return to the city of Santa Marta, which we will arrive at approximately 6:00 pm

Very knowledgeable tour guide Mr. Ronaldo. They were puntual and attentive with the tourist. The tubing was in the calm river of Palomino. Excellent experience.
Excellent trip to Palomino. Jesus and Martha are super expert, friendly and helpful throughout the experience. I definitely recommend the VIP experience to Palomino. The day pass at the hotel is relaxing and beautiful, right in front of the beach.
At 7:30 am, we were ready and waiting. At 7:45 they texted ‘cancelado’ and three other people wrote rude and effed up texts. My son and I heard about this trip and were excited to finally go! These irresponsible cranks didn’t even bother to show up. Go with a different group that’s run by adults. My 8 year old son says “you suck”.

Es totalmente falso lo que dices, nunca llegaste al lugar de encuentro el cual ya se encontraba anunciado en la página al momento de realizar la reserva, como también te lo notificamos a través de WhatsApp. Sin embargo te hicimos el reembolso del dinero aún siendo tu quien incumplió la hora y punto de encuentro.
Very chevere, 30 minutes down the river, in a tire, is very relaxing, as the current is very little. The river is very low to the knees.

We contacted the agency through advertising in the hotel and it was a fortune to have them, the walk to Palomino is spectacular the cost we found very accurate, it really is economical for everything that includes even we were provided more than expected, we stayed in Pozos Colorado and despite being outside Santa Marta the bus picked us up at the hotel, the friendliness of the driver, the guides and the staff in general is to highlight, the agency was always in contact with us it should be noted that we purchased the tour to Palomino the day before at 4 pm and the agency took care of all the logistics so that there will be no inconvenience. I recommend the agency for the conduct of its activities in Santa Marta. Thank you very much for everything, we had an excellent holiday.
