Despite the heat, we had a wonderful time pedaling through Palma with our guide, Sergio. It was really nice being able to see the modern city and old town and listen to Sergio talk about the city’s history.
Nice bikes and friendly staff. Saw most of the city but would’ve been nice to see spend more time at highlights. Busy streets for younger children.
Thanks for your review! We hope to see you again!
We had a phenomenal time. The guide was knowledgeable and personable and it was nice being picked up and dropped off at our hotel. Highly recommend. E-Bikes made the climbs a breeze.
Thanks for your review! We hope to see you again!
Miguel was a great guide and was very patient and accommodating. Also super knowledgeable and made our experience to Barcelona one to remember.
Thanks for your review! We hope to see you again!
We had a nice, easy-paced bike tour with a group of others and the guide. The ride along the water is especially nice. Our only complaint is that their bikes are old and not well maintained, but to my surprise none broke during our ride. Communications ahead of our visit were excellent regarding the meeting point. We would recommend doing this tour.
Thanks for your review! I am sorry you had an old bike, please keep in mind that bikes in Mallorca get rusty because of the sea water and you came at the end of the season so they are at their worst shape. This month have already bought more bikes for next year. We hope to see you again in the future!
This is a GREAT way to experience Mallorca! We were a little confused at the cruise terminal pickup, we got there 15 minutes early and panicked that we could not find the tour people...they are sending a taxi to pick you up, trust me they will be there! (but there are other taxi drivers in the line and they will try to take you somewhere, but just trust the process and wait for your guy!) (if you are confused or lost, using the 'contact tour operator' option on your viator app was answered IMMEDIATELY, which was VERY APPRECIATED) The taxi will take you to the bike shop where you will gather your bike and assemble for the tour (it's just a regular taxi that picks you up, but he will have a sign with your name on it). This next point is very important: they have e-bikes available too (for an additional fee) which we were not aware of when we signed up, but one lady on our tour had to change to that about 400 yards into the trip... we took the opportunity to upgrade to e-bikes at that time, and we totally would have STARTED with that if we knew that was an option. We totally recommend the e-bike option, it totally takes away any possibility that you will struggle on the ride. The bike riding is not strenuous, but the trickiest part is at times it is very crowded and you have to negotiate pedestrians and tight turns. We did our tour when it was BRUTALLY hot, so definitely bring water or refreshment, they will provide a basket or a bag for your bulky items if you need. Overall: very nice tour, nice people, wonderful trip. One final note: we were nervous about getting back to our ship on time, they were very accommodating to adjust the end of the tour so that we could make it back without worry. Thank you so much!
Thanks for your review! We hope to see you again!
Highly recommend this tour. Our tour guide Louis was great so knowledgeable and helpful. A great way to see this great place.
Guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the town and buildings. He had lots of good stories to tell. We had a blast. Would recommend.
Thanks for your review! We are very glad you liked it and we hope to see you again in Palma!
Fernando met us near the ship and saw many great sites. Our group was not very large which was nice. Even on a very hot day it was a great way to get around. Our guide shared a lot great information about the city. I would highly recommend this tour.
Thanks for you review! We are very glad that you liked our tour!
We weren't sure what to expect, as we didn't know much about this island. We chose a bike tour, as we thought it the best way to see the scenery. I am so glad that we did! Our guide, Fernando, was very funny, which made the trip even more enjoyable! The city of Palma is so pretty, and doing a bike tour allows you to see it in detail. Would highly recommend this for anyone doing a shore excursion!
