Paella Cooking Class with Professional Chef: Four Course Dinner
Description
This 4-course workshop lasts approximately 2.5 hours and is a great introduction to the world of paella and Spanish cuisine. You will be greeted by one of our hosts with a glass of cava and then walked through the concept behind our club and the ingredients we work with. Afterwards, guests will organize in groups of two per cooking station, where they will find every utensil and ingredient needed to cook each paella in a fully immersive and dynamic matter. Depending on the amount of guests, several paella recipes will be made so that guests get to taste and learn how to cook more than one type of paella. You will feel at home while our staff guides you through our "10 secret paella steps." As a preview, we'll give away one of the 10 secret steps: Step 1—take a sip of our premium wine. After the workshop is over, while the paellas are finishing cooking, you will sit and enjoy other courses made by our chef as well as your paella creations with Catalan wine pairing.

We learned some great tips for making paella, and also enjoyed sampling all of the varieties. Our host, Kevin, was energetic and made the experience very fun. Highly recommend.
This experience was a Christmas gift from our children. Wonderful! A+. My husband has always wanted to make paella the correct way. This class did not disappoint. The cooking stations were spacious, the kitchen was beautiful and inviting. Most of all, the paella was absolutely delicious. Great step by step guidance by our professional chef. The music was flowing and the Cava was flowing!

The host was charming and energetic! The staff very friendly and accommodating. A great time was had by all that participated in this cooking class. Everything was well organized, ingredients prepared and fun atmosphere! There was a bit of dancing involved if you chose to participate but not required. I would definitely take friends back and highly recommend this as a nite on the town.
I wasn’t sure how it would be with young teens as a group of rowdy drunk girls were leaving when we arrived, but the staff was absolutely fantastic and clearly knows how to manage different types of groups so that everyone has fun. Working in pairs was great, and everyone from my parents to my kids had an absolutely amazing experience. The food was perfection but cooking it together made it a memory for a lifetime. Amazing team at the Paella Club!
Fantastic evening! We were a group of 3. My husband, myself, and our 18 yo daughter had a fantastic time. Tons of fun and yummy food.
We had the best time! We cooked a paella for each pair. They gave us all the directions, super fun. It was then finished off by the chefs and served family style. It was so nice to try each one. They kept moving them around the table so we could reach each one. We met other families traveling, it was fabulous experience and the cava was flowing. I needed a slight nap afterwards!
Best experience of a lifetime! We met so many wonderful people, as a matter of fact we went out with several following the class. I would do this again in a heartbeat. The instructor was so fun, and we may or may not have enjoyed a little more wine than we had anticipated.
