Itinerary
Departure from Marrakech via the Atlas Foothills around 8:45 AM in a comfortable, air‑conditioned minivan and travel along the national road toward Azilal. Enjoy changing landscapes, from red‑earth plains to the foothills of the Atlas Mountains, passing typical Moroccan towns and villages along the way.
Scenic Drive Through Berber Villages Follow the road used for the Fez route and admire small Berber villages, farmland, and olive groves that reflect authentic rural Moroccan life before reaching the Ouzoud area.
Arrival in Ouzoud Village After approximately 3 hours, arrive in the village of Ouzoud, where your local guide meets the group. Begin your walk through narrow lanes lined with small shops selling local handicrafts on the way to the first waterfall viewpoints.
Panoramic Viewpoints of Ouzoud Waterfalls Reach the main terraces overlooking the 110‑meter‑high Ouzoud waterfalls and enjoy free time to admire and photograph the impressive cascades, rainbow mist, and lush valley.
Guided Hike Along the Falls Continue your two‑hour guided hike along scenic paths through olive groves and forest, stopping at different viewpoints over the falls. Breathe fresh mountain air and soak up a calm, natural setting away from the city.
Boat Ride and Riverside Lunch Optionally board small boats that bring you close to the base of the falls, then relax over a traditional Moroccan lunch in a simple local restaurant beside the river or with waterfall views.
Free Time and Return to Marrakech Enjoy about 30 minutes of free time in Ouzoud to explore at your own pace or relax with a drink, before meeting your driver for the return journey along the same scenic road back to Marrakech, with arrival around 6:00 PM.

Pickups start at 8:00 AM and take approximately 45 minutes. We do not pick up directly from all accommodations. Instead, travellers are collected from the nearest available pickup point listed in the “Pickup and meeting points” section. If your accommodation is within our designated pickup area, please select the closest point from the list when booking. If you are staying outside this area, you are welcome to come directly to the main meeting point or contact us in advance to discuss possible pickup arrangements and any additional fees. Youssef is a wonderful, adorable, and funny guide who shares his love for his region and heritage in a cheerful manner. We then had lunch at Mounir's. The tagine and couscous to share, as well as the pastries, are very good, not to mention the servers who are pleasant and smiling. Do not hesitate, choose guide Youssef and Mounir's restaurant 😊
Wonderful experience, guide was amazing. Helped us all across the hours we spent here. Atmosphere was amazing, not very busy! Fee was cheap, 100% worth it for the view. Best for people looking to enjoy a breathtaking view.
