Tsutenkaku – Landmark of Shinsekai & Birthplace of Kushikatsu Walk through Shinsekai under the watch of Tsutenkaku, the iconic tower that defines this neighborhood. Shinsekai is also known as the birthplace of kushikatsu, where Osaka’s famous deep-fried skewers became a local favorite.
