Cool experience and very much will do some events back home and for other future trips. Will recommend for others to view and explore because was such a cool thing!
Thank you so much for the recommendation and for giving our Osaka Food Quest a try! I am thrilled to hear you thought it was such a cool experience and plan to try more of our games back home. We can't wait to have you explore another city with us on your future trips!
The app was so slow we didn't know what direction was what so we gave up. To top it all, it used 3GB of data 🙈🙃. Just have a walk around the area and a Google.
Hey Lucy, we are sorry for your inconveniences, but we have to clarify that your statement is incorrect. The size of the quest is 2.5MB, there's no way it used 3GB of data. Most likely, you used other apps at the same time that slowed your internet, and Questo. We processed a refund.
I had only one day to spend in Osaka and was happy to find this fun activity to do by myself. The other activities on viator didn't match my schedule so it was nice to be able to discover the city at my own pace. The game is interactive and goes through some of the main attractions the city has to offer. It's educational and not too complicated so you get to actually take in your environment. I personally didn't really pay attention to the timer and just stopped at my leisure. It was fun!
What a fantastic way to spend your day in Osaka! It’s great to hear that you enjoyed the flexibility of exploring at your own pace while engaging with the city’s main attractions. We love that you found the experience both fun and educational. Thank you for sharing your adventure, and we hope to join you on your next journey!
Terrible, don't waste your money. The game didn't work at all offline, had obviously never been tested. WAITING FOR INTERNET blocks the screen throughout, even though it is advertised as not requiring an internet connection. Also the support is terrible, they just deny anything is wrong.
Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that the experience didn't meet your expectations. Our games are indeed designed to work offline after the initial download, so it's concerning to hear about the issues you encountered. I understand how frustrating it must have been, especially with the lack of support you received. Your experience highlights areas we need to address, and I want to assure you that we're committed to improving our service. Please reach out to us at care@questoapp.com so we can assist you further.
This was a great experience! This game takes your through all the main tourist places in Dotonburi and it’s a great was to explore the area. We did it in about two hours because we were pressed for time, but I’d recommend at least 3 hours. You can spend as much time as you want though.
We're delighted to hear that you had a great experience exploring Dotonburi with our game! Thank you for your recommendation and feedback on timing. If u want to explore more, we're here for you. Happy questing!
It was awesome. I learned a lot about Osaka's cuisine. I had a bit of trouble with one challenge. I think the one about comedy. No matter how much I glanced at the pictures or at the clue, I couldn't figure out where it said comedy. The rest of the game was worth it.
Thank you for the fantastic feedback! 🌟 We're thrilled you had an awesome time exploring Osaka's cuisine. If you decide to embark on more quests, we're here to guide you through the adventure. Happy exploring!
