I don’t think any restaurant or shop has even heard of it! A complete waste of money. Gave up after trying to use it in a few restaurants and stores to save myself the embarrassment!

Every where I tried to use it . They said they do not accept it.Even though it says they do on the web site . Totally useless dont buy it.

This should obviously never happen and if it does it's almost always simple human error because if a merchant partner opts out we remove them immediately. If you're able to message us directly with specific location details that would be very helpful in better understanding things and to make things right with the merchant and with you. Thank you.
I couldn't use the card because it wasn't good to download the ticket on the viator. And the number they provided was not accepted in the Eat and Play app.
I visit Orlando many times from the UK. A few years ago, I saw eatandplaycard advertised so I decided to buy one. It was one of the best decisions I've made re Orlando. Savings for number of attractions and diners/restaurants. I regularly go to Denny's for breakfast. Breakfast and occasionally dinner and my preferred location is on SR535 road, Lake Buena Vista. The 20% discount more than covers the small cost of the eatandplaycard. One card covers up to 4 people - and places may accept for everyone if more than 4 diners. Basically, I do not think you will be disappointed if you bought one. Check their website for full details of where it can be used and % saved.

I love using this, it's a little card with BIG savings, I never go to Orlando without one, I'm traveling to Orlando again in March and already have it ready for that trip, it never lets me down.

I can't activate my Reservation and I can't contact TripAdvisor for support! I need help! I need the pin number that is giving error 1522005123

The activation PIN number you reference is not an actual PIN and we don’t know from where you received it. Our PINS have 16 digits. We even looked at whether your 10 digits were part of a real PIN and you were just missing six of the digits, but that’s not the case. No Facility at the Icon Park accepted and received no assistance with in the Park! It was Disappointing.. we will be no be paying that card again !!

Such facilities at ICON are not part of, nor included in our platform, which might explain things. ICON restaurants such as Buffalo Wild Wings and Brother Jimmy's BBQ, however, do accept. We hope you otherwise enjoyed your time in Orlando.
Got the card and impressed with the number of food places on it - only down side for me personally was not knowing how to arrange the days out ones like Daytona speedway as it’s quite a drive and would have been good to be able to pre book but can’t find a discount code for booking beforehand
The small cost of the eatandplay card is easily covered by discounts, such as 20% at Dennys, 40% at Auto museum at Dezerland (International Drive), Titanic museum on International Drive
I live in UK & came across the Orlando Eat & Play card in February 2022. Card I bought was valid for 6 months I saved so much money that I have now ordered a fresh card for my next trip later this year. Primarily used at Denny's restaurant 20% saving, so saved more than the purchase cost of $20 (£15). The customer feedback from the company is EXCELLENT Card is now an App (as opposed to physical card)
