Motor City Musical brings Motown hits from musicians like Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder, and the Jackson 5 to the stage, celebrating the history of a genre that brought new life and rhythm to the American music scene. Head to the GTS Theatre and settle into your seat as the curtain comes up on the cast of the Original Motown Tribute Show in Myrtle Beach – Motor City Musical. Travel back to the swinging ’60s, a time when music broke down social barriers, changed lives, and brought Americans together over a shared love of soulful songs. Learn the story of Berry Gordy, whose Detroit recording studio put some of the last century’s biggest musical names on the global radar. The overall experience was great. Its a tight spot for seating. I see why they don't have food because there's no table In front of you unless you are upper VIP seating. They do have a snack bar popcorn cady & drink. Recommend to go. The show was great

As an intimate cabaret-style theatre, our seating is intentionally designed to bring every guest closer to the performers, creating a more personal and engaging experience. Both our VIP and Gold sections include tables, while our Red and Bronze sections feature traditional theater-style seating. For guests who prefer table seating, VIP and Gold seats are available exclusively when booking directly through GTS Theatre. Third-party ticket providers offer seating only in our standard theater sections. Rather than offering a full food service, we provide a snack bar with popcorn, candy, and beverages. A full-service food operation would require significantly higher ticket prices, additional staffing, and expanded licensing requirements. Since our performances are approximately two hours long, we believe light refreshments provide a great experience while helping us keep ticket prices affordable for our guests.
The Show was Fantastic! We Enjoyed it Very Much. The seating was a little cramped. The Restrooms were not accommodating for the crowd.

As an intimate cabaret-style theatre, our seating is designed to bring guests closer to the performers for a unique live entertainment experience. Regarding our restrooms, our facility is fully licensed to accommodate up to 150 guests with the existing restroom facilities. Like many theaters, the busiest time is during intermission when many guests choose to use the restrooms at the same time, which can occasionally result in a brief wait. The show was amazing! My only suggestion- provide better seating. The chairs weren’t very comfortable for a 2-hour show.
