As solo traveler who was not renting a car but wanted to get to Sawgrass without the high Uber cost, this was quite an efficient option. The service was quite good, from communication to comfort, an easy ride and on time.

A fairly quick experience. Just one detail: the driver was quite hysterical and a bit peculiar. Everything else was very good.

Excellent service. I booked at midnight to go to the following day, and they helped me to coordinate the pick up. The van (mini bus) is confortable. You have two options, one from 8am to 5pm and another one from 9:30 to 9pm. I took the first and in my opinion it would necessary a few hours more. The Sawgrass is really big.

The driver who took us there was punctual and very kind. He gave us tips and provided tourist information along the way. It was a pleasant trip to Sawgrass Mills.

The journey took more than 2 hours since the transport stopped more than 20 times. Sometimes the driver made random stops during the journey to extract envelopes of money. The return transport was even worse, as the van was in such precarious condition that it had to stop in the middle of the journey to change a van in the midst of a heavy rain on a dark alley, putting the integrity of all passengers at risk.

It was my second time using this service to go to Sawgrass Mills, following the one during my last travel to Miami. Quite cozy and safe travel to and from the outlet. Of course, as it is shared transportation, picking up all the passengers takes a bit of time before heading to the main road. But, overall, a very nice option with a reasonable price.

Had a wonderful time at Sawgrass Mills with the family. The pick-up and drop-off were very convenient and close to where we were staying, which made the trip even easier. We also received a coupon book that gave us some great additional discounts—definitely a bonus! Overall, a fantastic shopping experience and highly recommended.

Without being flattering, the service is exceeded my expectations. A service combining proactivity, empathy, speed and expertise. It created a memorable experience in my modest person. Imagine that the waitress Hadiyatou Diallo having noticed that I contracted a cold, m-+ immediately proposed a hot ginger waking me up all of a sudden. This lady (Hadiaya Diallo), if only I could remember her image!!! A caring, available, proactive, effective, efficient person who dealt with me in person and not in numbers with his colleague Mariam Djouf, also available and committed.
