Itinerary
A hidden gem. The most beautiful church of the city where pope Francis was baptized and where Carlos Gardel, the greates tango singer of all time sang when he was young.
The "English" neighborhood of Caballito. One of the most beatiful residental areas of the city, originally built for the working class in neoclassic arhictectural styles.
Being 130 years old, this is the oldest market in the city. Specialized in meat, most vendors are butchers. It is a very old-fashioned traditional market that takes us back in time
While most tourists go to the Recoleta Cemetery, few of them know about the existence of another monumental cemetery (25 times larger) in the city: the Cemetery of Chacarita. Here, we not only have monumental architecture (as much or more than in Recoleta) but also the graves of the greatest tango artists (among them Carlos Gardel, the greatest tango singer of all time), popular icons, and social associations. A truly hidden gem
One of the most beautiful and top neighborhoods of Buenos Aires. Often ignored by tourist that will go no further than Palermo, Belgrano concentrates some of the most beautiful properties of the city and great historical importance.
One of the greatest parks of the city and the heart of Belgrano neighborhood.
Chinatown in Buenos Aires. A very cool, trendy area of the city with a fussion of cultures an influences from Asia.

We really enjoyed the opportunity to see the other areas of Buenos Aires. Mariano has deep knowledge of the history and architecture of the city and we learned much about its history/culture. Everything was efficient and well thought out. Highly recommend.
Vito was a tremendous guide, full of enthusiasm and passion for street art. He is a great story teller and I highly recommend this colourful and authentic tour.
We did the Retiro and Recoleta tour. They canceled the tour in Spanish "because there was no one" and made us join the tour in English; we ended up being 5 Spanish-speaking people trying to follow the explanations in English. This tour could have easily been done in Spanish. We did the tour with Martín. Of the places mentioned in the tour, we visited less than half; the guide talked about anything but the sites. At one point, he started scaring foreign tourists with inflation and encouraged them to exchange dollars at a very controversial exchange house, giving them the street and number (while we were in Plaza San Martín, he obviously said nothing about the monument). We left before it ended upon seeing that we were approaching the Recoleta Cemetery, and we only passed by 3 places of all those mentioned in the tour description. We learned very little about the history and architecture of Retiro and Recoleta. Honestly, I do not recommend it, and I find it very unprofessional on their part.

Mariano was very informative as we moved through areas of Buenos Aires that were exactas we had wanted, off the beaten track! Highly recommend
The guide had put together a very good tour and also gave a lot of information. Thanks for the very good tour
Great guide. Very knowledgeable took us to interesting places. Passed on his love of architecture and his city. If you have seen the normal tourist sites do give this a go. .
This tour is nice if you have done other tours in Buenos Aires and want to see other areas. The church was beautiful, loved the architecture of the neighborhoods we drove thru and walked in.. Liked the fact the guide had a driver, so it was very efficient, didn’t have to look for parking. Mariano was very knowledgeable. Good use of the 4 hours.
Sightseeing tour and places you wouldn't see otherwise. Advanced knowledge is very helpful for a tour in Spanish. But Mariano also speaks English. The schedule is being kept.
Had a great tour. Went to some places that most tourists won’t see. It was interesting to learn about the diverse neighborhoods.
Great guide Mariano who is very knowledgeable about the city and history provided an excellent day touring unusual interesting sites throughout the city. We enjoyed seeing many different neighborhoods and the enormous interesting Cemetery!
