Have some dirty fun away from the strip!

UTV tour was fun, fast paced, and s decent challenge if you're new to offroading with these vehicles. All the staf, including the shuttle driver, were awesome and gave cool history tidbits about the location and surrounding mining town. If you're in town on business and wanna break away for a bit of fun I highly recommend this place!

Everything from booking to drop off was great. Staff was great. Such a fun day out with family. Will definitely do this again if we are back in Vegas.

This tour is led by a pilot Jeep, but it's still a lot of fun and very exciting. The trail had plenty of climbs, drops, and turns, along with a few longer straightaways where you could really open up the UTV. My only suggestion would be to change up the order of the UTVs at the midway point, as those farther back ended up in more dust. The helmets with filtered air were a great touch and kept the dust out of our faces, but expect everything else to be covered in it! Overall, it was a great experience and one I'd recommend.

Extremely disappointed with our experience at Adrenaline Mountain in Las Vegas today. We paid for a premium experience and were very clear about what we wanted when booking, yet several parts of what we were promised and paid for were either not provided or not delivered as expected. Communication from staff was poor, and when we raised concerns, we felt they were dismissed rather than addressed. The customer service throughout the day was disappointing. Instead of trying to resolve issues, staff seemed uninterested in helping and made what should have been an exciting experience feel frustrating and stressful. To make matters worse, after the activity we were charged an additional $375 for a puncture on the vehicle we drove. We understand that damage can happen, but the charge felt excessive, and there was very little transparency or discussion about how the amount was calculated. We travelled to Adrenaline Mountain expecting a fun, professional experience and left feeling frustrated, overcharged, and disappointed. For the amount of money involved, the level of service simply did not meet expectations. I would strongly advise future customers to get absolutely everything in writing, fully understand any potential additional charges before participating, and carefully inspect any vehicle before and after use. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not return or recommend it.

Operator response

I'm sorry to see your group is following through on its plan to post multiple 1-star reviews because we held to a charge that was agreed to in writing. I want to respond with the facts for the benefit of other readers. The vehicle upgrade was not a surprise: as the organizer who booked the group, you were told on an April 21 call that with a party of 9 we might need to substitute Jeep Wrangler Willys for some UTVs in case one goes down, and you agreed to it on that call. The Jeeps are an actual upgrade, a premium option that costs more than a UTV. When the option was presented to your group, two hands shot up immediately wanting to take a Jeep. Upon your return from the tour, one of the guests in the Jeep said he loved it and wants to buy one when he gets home. Everyone was in good spirits after the tour UNTIL the group member who drove his Jeep onto a pile of boulders was asked to pay the $375 deductible he agreed to. On the $375: your group purchased our optional collision insurance, which caps liability at a $375 deductible. That term is printed in capital letters directly above the signature line — so your advice to "get everything in writing" is one we'd already followed. The charge was not for a puncture. The vehicle sustained collision damage including a destroyed tire and wheel and a bent front crossmember, and the $375 deductible covers only part of the actual repair cost. It is a fixed, pre-disclosed amount, not a figure calculated after the fact. If you feel the $375 charge he agreed to was excessive, please Google the following: the replacement cost for a 2023 Jeep stock wheel, the front crossmember, and the Destination M/T2 Max Traction Truck & SUV Tire LT285/70R17 121 Q E. I'll also be transparent about one other thing, since transparency was raised: after the damage occurred, our manager called me directly to relay that your group was asking to reduce the agreed deductible and would otherwise post multiple negative reviews. I declined to change a charge that was agreed to in writing, especially under the threat of negative reviews. I pride myself on the fact that all of our reviews are legitimate. I do not "buy" reviews in any form — whether by discount or by waiving a fee. Guests are always free to share their honest experience, and we'll always respond with the facts. We put our terms in writing precisely so there are no surprises, and we apply them consistently for everyone. Although your review is driven by the fact that I would not cave to your pressure for a discount, we stand behind our equipment, our trails, and our record across more than 1,000 five-star reviews.

Very very dissatisfied

Very very poor Find another company is my recommendation Chargers us 375.00 for a puncture even though we bought their insurance Rip off and unhappy

Operator response

I’m sorry to see another 1-star review from this same party of 9, posted after a guest was asked to pay a deductible he agreed to in writing. A few facts for other readers: This was not a puncture. The driver took the Jeep off the trail onto large boulders, shattering the wheel and bending the front crossmember. Your group purchased our optional collision insurance, which caps liability at a $375 deductible — a term printed in capital letters directly above the signature. That $375 covers only a fraction of the actual repair. After the damage, someone in your party had our manager call me to say the group would post nine negative reviews unless the deductible was reduced. I declined to change a charge that was agreed to in writing. I don't "buy" reviews in any form, and I won't waive a valid charge to avoid a negative one. We disclose these terms in writing before anyone participates and apply them the same way for every guest. We stand behind our equipment, our trails, and our record across more than 1,000 five-star reviews.

Do not use this company

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Adrenaline Mountain in Las Vegas. Our group of nine had visited previously and enjoyed the experience, which is why we chose to book with them again this year. When we made our reservation several months in advance, we specifically requested that everyone in our party would be driving a Can-Am vehicle. We were assured at the time of booking that this would not be a problem and that each member of our group would have their own vehicle. However, when we arrived on 4th June 2026, we were informed that three members of our group would instead have to drive Wrangler Jeeps because the company was “trialling” them. As a group, we are quite easy-going, so we accepted this last-minute change despite it not being what we had booked. We also each paid an additional $30 for insurance. The drive itself was very dusty, and because the Jeeps were positioned at the back, those drivers had an even less enjoyable experience. On the return journey, one of the Jeeps in our group suffered a puncture after hitting a rock. We were then told there was additional damage and were charged a $375 excess fee. What made this even more frustrating was that while we were still on the bus back to the hotel and had not yet left the premises, we saw the same Jeep being driven around the yard without any apparent issue. There was no meaningful explanation, discussion, or willingness to negotiate the charge. Customer service throughout was extremely poor. We also raised concerns about the condition of the bus used to transport guests to and from the site, as it appeared to be in a very poor and potentially unsafe condition. Our concerns were met with nothing more than a shrug of the shoulders. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience from a company we had previously trusted and enjoyed using. Based on how we were treated, I would not return, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere before booking with this company.

Operator response

Like the other reviews posted by this party of 9, this one arrived only after a guest was asked to pay a deductible he agreed to in writing — not after the tour, which the group enjoyed at the time. Here are the facts for other readers. The vehicles: We discussed in advance, on an April 21 call with the group's organizer, that with a party of 9 we might need to substitute Jeep Wrangler Willys for some UTVs — and that was agreed to before arrival. The Jeeps are 2023 models and a premium option that costs more than a UTV. When the option was offered on site, two guests immediately volunteered for them, and one said afterward he enjoyed it enough to want to buy one. The group was in good spirits the entire tour. The first complaints came only after the deductible was collected. The $375: This was not a simple puncture from a rock. The vehicle sustained collision damage — a destroyed tire and wheel and a bent front crossmember. Your group purchased our optional collision insurance, which caps liability at a $375 deductible, a term printed in capital letters directly above the signature. That deductible covers only a fraction of the actual repair. As for the Jeep you saw being driven in the yard: it was being test-driven to evaluate how it was handling after the impact — and that evaluation is exactly how the bent crossmember was discovered. The bus: It's a late-model 32-passenger Ford F650. Nevada requires annual DOT safety inspections of all commercial vehicles by licensed technicians, and ours was completed less than 30 days before your tour. The "unsafe" claim doesn't hold up against a current inspection — and it's worth noting it only surfaced alongside the dispute over the deductible. Perhaps you're unaware that, after the damage, someone in your party had our manager call me to say the group would post 9 negative reviews unless the deductible was reduced. I declined to change a charge that was agreed to in writing, especially under that kind of pressure. I don't "buy" reviews in any form, and I won't waive a valid charge to avoid a negative one. We disclose our terms in writing before anyone participates and apply them the same way for every guest. We're sorry the day ended the way it did, but the charge was valid, agreed to in advance, and consistent with the insurance that was purchased. We stand behind our equipment, our trails, and our record across more than 1,000 five-star reviews.

Adventure From the Beginning

Our Adventure started from pick up. Let me just say, wear your seat belt! We later realized why the shocks/struts were so bad.. lmao. Driver was wonderful, knowledgeable and made the drive a good experience. The trails were great, the staff was awesome. Our Razr broke down, but we were in a new one within 10 min. They also have other cool stuff to do on location. Shooting, are throwing, flame thrower, monster truck driving and I might be forgetting others. It was time well spent with the family!

A must when you’re in Vegas

We had an amazing time on the Off Road UTV Adrenaline Experience in Las Vegas. All of the team were friendly, professional and made the whole experience feel really well organised. We’ve done off-roading in Vegas before, but this was by far the best experience we’ve had. We also had the chance to add on gun shooting at the end, which was a great extra and made the day even more memorable. I’d highly recommend this experience. They offer some brilliant activities, so it’s definitely worth checking out everything they have available before you go.
