Additional information about collection We offer shuttle service from most hotels in the area of Bavaro, Punta Cana and Uvero Alto. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed after booking, based on your hotel location and the selected shift. We recommend customers be ready at the designated lobby or meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. In some hotels or private residences, transportation access may be restricted, so a nearby pickup point will be assigned. If your accommodation is not included in our route, a convenient meeting point will be provided. To ensure a smooth experience, it is important to provide the correct hotel name or location at the time of booking.

Too much waiting and the time spent in the buggy is short and, above all, slowed down by the organizer. The time at the beach was short and let's not even talk about the cave; it was impossible to enter because it was so crowded. And no French-speaking guide, and we stop every time at tourist trap shops, and not a single free bottle of water; in short, not at all interesting.
