I joined a Nyungwe Forest trip with Kindness Tours. The staff provided excellent service from beginning to end. Everything was well organized and enjoyable. Unfortunately, our trip was cut short due to an unexpected thunder incident at the zipline, which was beyond anyone’s control. Despite this unexpected situation, the Kindness Tours staff handled everything with care, support, and professionalism. I truly appreciate their service and commitment to clients’ safety and comfort.
