From the time that you meet your driver/guide in Manchester, you will be whisked away to the mystical world of North Wales. On route, you will find out why North Wales is such a popular Tourist destination within the UK. Your driver/guide will keep you upto date with the history and culture of the areas that you will travel to as we headto our different locations. Step back into Victorian Britain when we arrive at Llandudno, then travel back to Medieval times at Conwy where you will be in awe of the imposing castle. Leaving Conwy, we head west towards the island of Anglesea before turning inland and going into Eryri (snowdonia national park). Here you will be taken off the beaten track to see the wonders of this National Park. Then we head south through Betws-Y-Coed where we have a brief stopover before continuing onto a world heritage site which spans the River Dee 125 feet below, The Pontcysyllte Aqueduct.

Start your adventure with a scenic drive from Manchester to the Victorian seaside town of Llandudno. Stroll along its sand and pebbled beaches, wander its famous pier, and take in the stunning coastal views.
Next, cross the iconic Conwy Suspension Bridge into the walled town of Conwy, one of Britain’s best-preserved medieval towns.
Your journey continues to the historic walled town of Conwy, where you’ll have free time to explore. You may choose to visit Conwy Castle (additional cost), see the Smallest House in Britain on the marina, or walk along the medieval castle walls. This stop is also the perfect chance to enjoy a traditional Welsh lunch, and we recommend Fisherman’s Fish & Chips on the main high street.
The adventure continues as you journey into Snowdonia National Park, the second largest national park in the UK. In true BusyBus style, you’ll go off the beaten path and have the chance to spot native sheep and wild ponies before taking a short walk up the Ogwen Valley to capture some memorable photos. Many guests consider this the highlight of the day!
The tour then continues to the picturesque village of Betws-y-Coed, a perfect place to stretch your legs and explore. Here you can browse traditional shops, pick up souvenirs, and take a look at the old train station that adds to the village’s charm. It’s also an ideal stop to enjoy a refreshment — perhaps an ice cream on a warm day or a hot coffee when the weather is cooler.
The tour makes a stop at the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, one of Britain’s most remarkable feats of engineering and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This true icon of Welsh industrial heritage offers a chance for those feeling brave to walk across the aqueduct alongside kayaks and canal boats. Don’t miss the opportunity to capture a photo from the middle, with the River Dee flowing far beneath your feet.

This north wales tour was fabulous. My mom and I had an amazing time in the breathtaking view of Snowdonia and other places throughout the tour. Our tour guide Frank is very friendly, skillful and knowledgeable about history. I highly recommend this tour. 👍🏻🌟

I booked this trip and booked taxi to Manchester Airport. The cab driver dropped me at terminal 2. Per the booking I searched the location and it navigated me to visitor park. I tried to reach the host. But I was not able to reach him. I submitted a request to support and the host was able to reach me. He shared the location, but it will take more time to reach. Hence I was not able to join this event. Kindly update the location as Manchester Airport station as the location.

We saw a lot of North Wales in a decently paced outing today. Frank was a GREAT guide and provided insightful and expert commentary as well as getting us from place to place.
We spent a great day with Allen (Alan?) taking us through the highlights of North Wales. We visited everything from a Victorian seaside town (which still brings in visitors) to the beautiful and wild mountains of Snowdonia to a canal suspended hundreds of feet above the River Dee. Suggestion: If you want to do the short hike at Snowdonia to an alpine lake, consider hiking shoes and a hiking pole if needed. Of course, each stop is too brief, but it can definitely serve to whet your desire to return for a longer visit.
Our driver was amazing. Helpful, friendly, informative and very fun overall. She was extremely knowledgeable and made our experience even better than we expected.
A great tour around Northern Wales with Adrian. We went on a Busy Bus tour a few years ago with Adrian and we enjoyed it so much, we made sure to book with the same company the next time we were in Manchester, and we were lucky enough to have him guide us again. As for the tour itself, the locations were beautiful, no time was wasted, and we had a great time all day.

We loved this tour. We only had one day to visit Wales on our holiday, so we chose this tour as it had a nice variation of stops, and we are very happy with our choice. From Victorian seaside town, stunning castle ruins, Snowdonia national park, and quaint welsh towns, we felt we were given a great overall taste of Wales. Our tour guide was incredibly friendly and informative, and the tour was well organized. We had a group of 15 which was so much nicer than the huge coach buses unloading masses of people. We loved each stop so much, we could have spent hours at each one, which is obviously not possible on a tour, but we were given enough time to to get a decent visit to each place. Would definitely recommend this tour to others.
