Amazing class and superb teacher Alice making it a great time for my friends and I learnt so much and taunt us how to make lasagna and tiramisu totally recommended
Federico was a lot of fun and the class itself was extremely enjoyable. Highly recommend doing it if you have the time
Fun and educational experience! Federico was an engaging and knowledgeable chef that made for an enjoyable day!
Had a wonderful time learning from Chef Roberta. Everyone enjoyed the experience and took away some new techniques and experiences.
I had a wonderful experience in this cooking class, thanks largely to our chef, Thomas. He was personable and insightful, and he genuinely inspired me to do more with my cooking skills. He has a real gift for teaching in a way that sticks with you well after the class ends. My only feedback is for the school, and it concerns how the recipes are shared. Right now they are only available through an app. I would suggest offering both options: the app and a downloadable document. Apps take up space on our phones, and most of us are reluctant to add a new one unless it is something we will use regularly. Giving people the choice would make the recipes much easier to keep and return to. Thank you again for a great class. Thomas made it memorable, and I would happily come back.
Our host at the market tour, Emily, was energetic and informative about the regions truffles, olive oils and more! Our Chef of the day was Alice and she was amazing as a teacher exuding hospitality that should make Tuscany proud! Highly recommend this class! I am changing how I make lasagna! Bravo ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
This class was so much fun and interesting! Thomàs was knowledgeable, skilled and complimentary to the entire group and kept us engaged. The food was fantastic and so easy to make with his step by step instructions. Overall, it has been the highlight of our trip!
A great experience for my family! We learned so much from Alice, she was patient and very attentive and gave us a good taste of both traditional Italian culture and the food. The class was interesting throughout, with the market section giving us a good picture of the local food scene and the cooking portion teaching us techniques that we could work into our own culinary endeavors at home. Would recommend for any tourists who are interested in learning about traditional Italian food and culture.
Fantastic food and instructor for a fantastic experience
Amazing experience. Tomaso was our chef and was amazing. He made even the less experienced feel comfortable. The food was delicious. The time spent learning new recipes and techniques was well worth it. We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the Florence area.
