Not so Elite or Comfortable
Company did not schedule driver for pick up. We at curbside at the airport for an hour. My fare was $220! I later learned that was $40 more than the other services. I never received even a small refund for the inconvenience. The vehicle was average in comfort. The driver was very polite and did his best, but this is not an elite form of travel or service
