Around 8.00, our guide will meet you at your hotel/stay and start 110km on Bus - journey through verdant landscape of country side. Short-brake en route. We will arrive Ninh Binh after around 2 hours transfer.
Visit Hoa Lu by bycyle, which was the ancient capital of Vietnam between 968 and 1010. You have a chance to learn about Vietnamese history in the feudal system under Dinh, Le and Ly Dynasty.
Enjoy Vietnamese lunch at local restaurant, surounding by nature.
Leave for the Trang An Grottoes, an out-standing natural beauty of majestic limestone massif at 20 square kilometer rise dramatically out from rice paddy fields. Deep into the linked chains of towering mountain are pristine places of mystical valleys, numerous fresh water ponds, and jungle. Embark on a traditional sampan gently roweddown the exquisite river through numerous caves: Lam Cave, Vang Cave, Dai Cave, Thanh Truot Cave,...and Cao Sơn Temple, Suoi Tien Temple, Vu Lam Temple…
Challenge yourself with 500 steps to Mua Cave, where you can have an amazing panoramic view of Ninh Binh into your eyes.
Return to the bus to get back to Hanoi. Same as the morning, returning trip take around 2 hours. We will finish in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Note: The remaining time is for the round tour and time spending in sightseeing or explorations.

Prepare adventure, bike ride was ok bikes a bit rough, lunch was good, river boats was excellent, don’t miss the Hill climb, awesome views
Tour was amazing, the views, room and the activities were perfect. Wish I I’d done the longer 3 days 2 nights tour. Lam’s was excellent.
The coaches have strong AC and spacious, comfortable seats. We had a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic tour guide Eden. Views are amazing particularly on top of Hang Mua. Although we went in the rainy season (July) we were provided with rain jackets and our schedule was adjusted accordingly. You can still have a great time even if it rains a bit. Boat ride has three caves, very cool and lasts 2 hours. Also go cycling which was really fun. Definitely recommend!
had been on many tourist guided tour but this is my first time to observe a very rude tour guide to a particular tourist because of not on time on the meeting place....to understand he was frustrated bec of the situation even it was fault but he has no right to humiliate in front of other tourists, to shout at the concerned tourist, it was cruel & wrong.. it was a very traumatic guided tour...
Loved the tour and the temples. Beautiful lotus flower. Transportation was too tight. There were 6 adults in a jammed packed in a small SUV. Would recommend tour use a larger vehicle for comfort.

Hieu is one of the best tour guides I’ve ever had! This tour was the best of the best. Everyone in our group had so many different needs and he tended to all of them. When one person was dying of heat, he personally checked on her to make sure she was okay. Hieu then called the driver to make sure the AC was on. When people didn’t want to walk the steps to the Mua view, he arranged for massages for them! By the end, he knew everyone’s names and arranged the boat ride seating so that we’d all have people we could connect with. He is incredibly knowledgeable and personal. Hieu has an amazing sense of humor and his jokes made the tour so fun. We went to Ninh Binh with Hieu and were planning to leave northern vietnam afterward, but if we had more time, we’d definitely book Hieu again.
A memorable trip, had enough time in all stop off points. Trang An is a must see in your lifetime. The tour guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Totally recommend
This is a great day trip from hanoi, our guide eden was the best, he speaks good English and answered all our questions, and made the trip fun. The bus is one of the best highlight of the day, comfortable seats, personal ac and charging ports for each seats, its nice to sit and relax after doing all those activities. Rose our host from halong dolphin travel, kept in touch thru whatsapp, letting me know whats going on. Definitely worth checking them out.
Everything was amazing and such a great day trip from Hanoi! Key was an amazing tour guide and the pacing was done so well that we weren’t stuck in crowds often!
