My husband and I did the day-trip from Hanoi to Ninh Binh. Our guide, Sophia, was really knowledgable, kind and funny. When a little girl on our tour was cold, Sophia gave her her own jacket! If you'd like to explore Ninh Binh this is an economical option. My favorite was the hike to the top of the mountain for the great view!
