The meeting point was impossible to find. There was no hotel pick up. We went with a taxi who took us to another service provider. It was pretty unnerving. We ended up paying for the Viator service as well as another. Not much to see on the river. Should have bypassed this totally.
Sorry for that bad experience but you have to write your contact in that application with the country code to contact you and mention your hotel name to send the car. you didnot contact with us even you didn't ask to refund the money.we have to refund your money.please send your contact and send to us to refund your money with that application .I checked your reservation and noticed you reserved in the same day ,you didnot leave your hotel name or your contact. Naila was on top to keep up with me from the begging. She was right on the clock to meet us and greeted me cordially. Boat man was very good and answered my questions to the point that I wanted to know. Naila also offered us other additional attracktions with explanations, however, I couldn't avail it due to time constraint since it was my last day. Overall, I'd recommend this tour to all of my friends planning to visit Luxor and especially, have Naila as their guide!! Keep up the good work!!

I found the service and response of Lily travel agency to be excellent. Easily 5-stars. My text messages were promptly responded to by Ms. Naglaa and everyone showed up when they were supposed to. I had a nice experience with Nile felluca trip and I also visited banana island which I really enjoyed. I saved Ms Naglaa's contact info and she will be the first one to contact for my next and every trip to Luxor/Aswan and also other parts in Egypt. I would recommend Lily agency to relatives, friends and coworkers when I go back to USA.

My tour guide “Lola” was so fantastic. She showed me some places in the West Bank and we talked a lot about her life here in Egypt. She was a wonderful guide and it was nice as a solo female traveler to have a woman as a guide! Having an entire boat to myself on the Nile in Egypt is something I thought I would never say I’ve done, but thanks to Lola, I have. Highly recommend!

NFathy was excellent tour guide and I totally enjoyed my experience on the Felucca including getting to navigate it!!!
During the cruise on the NILE, they offered us a felucca ride. Small tradiotional vessel with triangular sail. Depending on the wind it is between 20 and 50 minutes to Luxor around Elepnantine Island if I remember correctly. We have a great time, we see the banks of the Nile differently.
