Had a great time .. food was very good ... but I have two issues in particular. I paid well over a thousand dollars for this trip for two. Food was supposed to be inclusive. But at every meal, if you wanted water, you very charged extra, and at a healthy rate! I'd had felt a LOT better if they had upped the tour price a bit and included water with the meal. To actually bill me for some water with my meal makes them seem chintzy cheap and estranged. Same thing for internet... they charge a healthy extra for internet access. Maybe that was the norm 15 years ago, but in this day and age I people get free wifi at the coffee shop and the short stay 2 hour motel. You're just not gonna make friends with these policies in my view. But otherwise, the tour was good, the staff did a great job from cooking, cleaning the room, our guide was phenomenal. Without the two mentioned annoyances I'd have given them an A plus, but instead, a solid B minus. Still good.
