This company sent a general message about meeting (with a new time) to which I replied “thank you” while I was busy exploring BA. I did not notice the new time. Now they are trying to say that I agreed to a new meeting time, two hours earlier than what I booked and refuse to refund me. I booked a 9:30 meet and they sent a message saying they will see me at 7:30. There was no formal notice of a change of the meeting time. This is an in acceptable business practice. I would not recommend. They will bait you with a disireable time and then switch it at their convenience. As an avid traveler I don’t often have flexibility to change plans by hours. This is ridiculous.
Customer was a no show and did not do the experience. They requested refund after confirming four times their attendance, and alleged that it was the company's fault. Refund was denied because the customer confirmed several times.
We ended our stay in Buenos Aires with this tour and it was amazing! Rafi was phenomenal! It rained the entire time and he ran through the ran with us to ensure we received the best experience! We were drenched but enjoyed every moment! We will be back soon 🤎
