It was an interesting ride just very short. I wish it would’ve been further in to get to see more places
Thank you for joining us and for your kind words! Our City Tour is designed to cover the main highlights of Mexico City's Reforma Avenue, but we completely understand the wish to explore even more of this incredible city. We hope to see you again soon and thank you for your comment.
Excellent They were very kind They walked calmly, which made the experience more enjoyable and allowed for a better appreciation of the city Excellent service
Absolutely fantastic tour ! Loved learning about the city under moonlight. I enjoy wandering a city and this was perfect to learn without spending 4-6 hours on a tour. Thank you !
Thank you so much! We're thrilled you enjoyed the moonlit experience; it really is the perfect way to discover the city without a full-day commitment! Keep enjoying your stay in Mexico City!
Great way to see the history of Mexico City. Many streets were blocked so tour was ended at 30mins. The driver did not speak english so be sure to use Translate App or find a person to speak on your behalf.
Thank you for your review! We're glad you enjoyed the history of Mexico City. We apologize for the road closures which were outside our control. Please note that earphones are available to listen to our audio guide in multiple languages, just ask a member of our staff. We hope to see you again soon!
1. Pickup was at a different location than what was mapped. We got lucky and stumbled onto the right street. It also left 20 min early - if we weren’t on the bus at 7 we would’ve missed it even though they’re supposed to leave at 7:30? 2. It rained. Fine, rain or shine. But the bus is not set up for rain even though it rains nightly in this city. You get poured on up top even with poncho you won’t get anything out of that experience. Go down and the windows are all greyed out, it’s set up to only work when you can leave the windows open 3. Would be much better if it were hop on hop off like the day one. Starts in Zocalo, only to pass by the areas most tourists stay and return to start. We wished they would’ve let us disembark halfway so we could go home. 4. Multiple times we passed city double decker buses with big clear windows and thought wow, that would be a more enjoyable experience. It’ll be cheaper and at least WHEN it rains in the PM you’ll be inside and warm and still be able to see!
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We sincerely apologize for the confusion with the pickup location and early departure. Please note that occasionally, due to public demonstrations, we need to change the meeting point at the last minute for the safety of our guests; however, we always have a staff member at the original meeting point to assist and guide clients to the new location. We regret that this was not communicated clearly enough in your case. We also hear your concerns about the bus setup during rain; your suggestion about weatherproofing the upper deck is very valuable, and we will pass it along. Finally, we appreciate your idea about adding a mid-route drop-off option. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an improved experience.
The boarding point is at the plaza next to the cathedral, they leave punctually at the time you choose, be prepared with an umbrella or raincoat if you are on the second floor, the entire tour lasts approximately 45 minutes, very well explained, and they drop you off at the same point where you boarded.
I get rainy day, and from inside the vehicle you lose a lot of the experience. That's it.
Apparently they always cheat with the tour, because they sell you the idea of a complete tour mentioning the monuments that will be visited and at the last minute they change the tour since they only take you to go around certain sites and the recording that they have logically do not have several of the places that invite you to visit. Especially the angel of independence who is one of the most significant attractions of the trip. That's why I think it's a hoax.
Poorly organized, you couldn't hear the speaker of the guide. Bad experience.
Horrible experience. It began pouring super hard when our tour began and they refused to give an option for reschedule or a refund. Everyone ended up getting completely soaked, the lower part of the bus flooded, and they wouldn’t let us get off until the tour was over.
We sincerely apologize for the experience you had during your tour. Weather conditions can be unpredictable, and we understand how frustrating and uncomfortable this situation must have been. Your feedback is very important to us, and we will use it to improve our protocols for handling extreme weather events. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.
