I never received a message as to who was going to be our guide. We waited in front of the hotel and no one showed up. I tried to reach out to the tour operator, but they were only open until 12:00pm. Our tour was supposed to start at 7:00pm. I ultimately left a message asking for a refund after we waited for almost 15 minutes. I ended up reaching out to Viator directly to ask for a refund. They responded right away and I’m hoping the refund comes quickly. I did receive a confirmation of the tour and was charged for it. I would NOT recommend this tour.

Wonderful time on my night tour in amazing lisbon. tour is very well planned and I saw a lot of things In 4 hours. The car is clean, good driver and car equipped with a fast WiFi.
