Great overview of the city! We did this on our first night in HCMC and was great to check out the surroundings, see what we wanted to explore more of! And briefly tick off some popular tourist attractions!
Its fine if your happy to drive around looking at lights at night, didnt know what I was looking at in regards to the surroundings. Pretty though.
I won’t remember this bus tour as a highlight of my trip, nor did I learn anything new from it. However, if you want a low energy, quiet, breezy journey around the city at night this is a good option. It is a nice way to see a lot of HCM without doing too much, and it is especially beautiful at night.
It was a nice evening but would have been nice to have some commentary. Seeing the city in lights was great. Luckily I had done the tour during the day so I could recognise what was what. There was a bus attendant on the trip but looks like he was just there for the bribes to save the best seats.
Loved the bus tour and seeing the highlights , but was disappointed as there was no audio. Recommend the tour.
They did not drop us off whete we started. So very confusing. They advertise that they have a plug in commentary - they dont.
It was supposed to be a guided tour. They had no guide. It was just a bus ride around the city. We took some goof pics but we didn’t know what we were taking pictures of.
Trip was good but missed that there was no commentary. We had no idea what was what, no building names no area names etc
Great experience, good value ,well run
Tour was nice and scenic however you just drive around with no commentary / explanation of what you are seeing. We did not receive “complimentary water” as stated. Nice to see the city lights around HCMC but not a must do activity.
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re glad to hear that you found the tour scenic and enjoyed seeing the city lights of Ho Chi Minh City. However, we’re sorry that the experience did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the lack of commentary, this is not the intended standard of our service. We understand that explanations and insights are an important part of the experience, and we will review this with our team to ensure improvements are made. We also sincerely apologize for the missing complimentary water. This should have been provided as described, and we will follow up internally to prevent this from happening again. Your comments are very valuable to us as we continue to improve. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to offer you a more complete experience in the future.
