Absolutely loved this tour! All 4 wineries were smaller family owned which made the experience more intimate and memorable. John was our driver and he did a fantastic job with stories, background and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend this tour!

I did not get the opportunity to go on this tour as it was cancelled less than 12hrs before start. I am writing this to rate the Customer Servive as customer service before, during and after a tour is extremely important and forms part of the overall experience. When I read the email that the tour was cancelled ( around midnight on the day of the tour), I immediately sent an email requesting a reason and refund as this information was not provided in the message I received. I received a response before 8am that morning ( Thursday) with the person very rudely stating that they dont expect a response from me after hours or on weekend and that they were responding at their convenience ( I am assuming this meant they were responding before 8am to me). I did share that when I sent the email, there was no expectation on my end that anyone would respond outside of working hours and that the time they spent sending me this message I still didnt have the answers to my questions. I then received a series of screenshots of messages purportedly sent to me, which I never received.

As noted in our booking information, this tour requires a minimum of two guests to operate. Unfortunately, as a single booking and with no additional guests registered, we were required to cancel the tour. The cancellation notice was sent at approximately 6:00 PM the evening before the tour, and a full refund was processed immediately. We also offered availability on the following day as an alternative option. We would also like to clarify that the phrase regarding responding "at our convenience" was not directed specifically at you. It is a standard email signature included on all of our correspondence, as our team often sends emails outside of traditional business hours and does not expect guests to respond outside their own working hours. We apologize if this was misunderstood or came across differently than intended. We regret any frustration caused by the cancellation or our communications. Our goal is always to keep guests informed as quickly as possible and provide alternative options whenever available.
Most amazing experience. Chester is an awesome guide, looked after everyone with great warmth and care. Not a single winery disappointed, highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Niagara on the lake wine tour. We went to four wineries and had tastings of four different wines at each winery. Additionally,we had a very in-depth and informative tour at one of the wineries and very much enjoyed a charcuterie board at another one. We had time to have lunch and poke into a couple of quaint shops in Niagara on the lake.Our tour guide Bill, was very friendly, a safe and attentive driver, and shared a multitude of history and facts about several wineries, and all the monuments in the area. We were gone about six hours and definitely got the bang for our buck!!
