Late pickup, rushed sightseeing.

The pickup at our hotel was supposed to be 7:30 a.m. We were not picked up until 9:15 which meant all of our sightseeing spots were rushed. The driver, however, did his best to make the experience pleasant but we were rushed the entire time.

Niagara Falls (US) family trip

This was a great experience with Johnny, who was extremely attentive and informative. From the moment he picked us up at the hotel and drove us to each site, we had great conversations about the significance of each. Despite it being a cloudy and chilly day, we got to enjoy each site, took great pictures and videos, and never felt rushed or overwhelmed. Johnny was a very helpful young man who offered advice on places we might want to visit and advised my son on college, as he happened to be a BU graduate. I am grateful for his openness and willingness to share his own experiences as we were in Buffalo visiting the university. If we end up choosing BU, I would probably take another tour to Canada with this company and guide, as he definitely sold us on all the other activities we could have enjoyed had we had more time.
