Description
For a truly memorable visit to Niagara, take a thrilling journey down the Niagara River on an open-air jet boat. There's no better - or wetter - way to enjoy the beautiful scenery and amazing white water of the Niagara River. You will experience what we like to call our white water playground where the Class V Devil's Hole Rapids will get you completely soaked. After that thrilling experience you will travel up the river to the farthest point in the trip where you will see the famous Niagara Whirlpool. The Whirlpool and Niagara Falls are separated by a stretch of Class VI rapids that are unnavigable (and illegal) to pass through. This tour departs from the American side, and you return to the same location.

- Arrive promptly 45 minutes prior to departure time to register, sign participation agreement and hear pre-trip safety orientation. The participation agreement thoroughly explains to anyone interested in the trip, all pertinent aspects of Jet Boating including personal health requirements. Refusal to sign the agreement will not merit a credit or refund
- Wheelchair accessible - if assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer. Guests must be able to sit on a bench seat and support themselves by holding on to a bar in-front of each seat without assistance.
- *Please note that we do not see Niagara Falls from our tour*
- Late or no-show participants will not receive a refund. Trips can be rescheduled until 24 hours before the departure at no added charge (subject to availability).
- Trips rescheduled within 24 hours of trip departure will be subject to an additional 10% rebooking fee.
- There is a minimum height requirement of 44″ tall for the WET Jet seats. Children will be measured on-site, and those who do not meet the requirements will not be permitted to ride.
- Guests under the age of 13 and/or under 100 lbs are not permitted to sit in the first 3-4 rows of any vessel. (All loading and guest seating is at the sole discretion of the Captain and Crew of the vessel).
- Guests age 13-15 years old must be seated with a guest who is 16 years or older to ride the first 3-4 rows of the boat, with an adult chaperone(18+) on board. Guests age 16-17 years old can ride the first 3-4 rows of the boat with an adult chaperone (18+) on board. Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to ride without an adult chaperone (age 18+).

My husband and I had a I had a blast! When they say you’re going to get soaked that’s an understatement. I felt like someone poured a bathtub of water on my face and body. I would definitely do it again.
This was single handedly the best experience during our trip to Niagara Falls. I only wish the ride were longer. It’s about 45 minutes. You get drenched. I would recommend bathing suits. There’s a place to change with lockers. Kids loved it!
We had a blast. It was such an exciting and thrilling ride that if I ever come back, I’m doing it again.
Arrival is 45 minutes before scheduled departure so you have time to check in and put your change of clothes in a locker provided for free. Th en you go through safety orientation and get fitted for life vest and your on your way. Our Captain was Nick and our leader was Hannah. Nick was an excellent driver handling the rapids with ease. Hannah pointed out important landmarks along the way. You will definitely get wet no matter where you sit. The very front gets the worst but we were in 5th row and still got soaked. The trip takes you 6 miles up the Niagara River to the Whirlpool area where you go under the Aero car. Th en you return 6 miles back to dock. Definitely a must do when visiting Niagara Falls.

It's a great ride. Lots of laughter. You cannot stay dry. Even your butt will get wet. I was fine with a pair of sketcher sneakers. You dont need waterproof shoes. The reason I gave it 4 stars was because the guide spoke way too quickly. People whose main language is not English will struggle understanding her.
Awesome experience. Our guide Bree was funny and welcoming and captain Alex was amazing. You will get soaked. It was lightly raining. They don’t reschedule for rain. You’re going to get soaked anyway so it doesn’t matter. Temps in the mid 60s and very cold water…we wore shorts but had hoodies on under our ponchos and life jackets. Not too bad, you get used to the cold. Highly recommend! Also: lots of great local restaurants within walking distance on Center Street

Noah was great guide on jet boat. Class 5 rapids was crazy fun. Take them up on the blue poncho you get wet anyway but helps stay warmer

Went with 9 and 10-year-old boys and they could not stop laughing and cheering. You will get wet and the water is cold. Worth it! Crew was excellent!
