Bring a camera as this boat features a glass dome with panoramic views of the Niagara river. All trips include a river guide who entertains and narrates during your time on board. All the thrills of a jet boat ride without getting wet! The dome jet boat speeds down the Niagara River and past 12 miles (19 km) of exhilarating scenery to the churning white waters of the famous Niagara Whirlpool. The covered boat keeps you dry as waves crash and splash around the domed jet boat! **Please note that we do not see Niagara Falls from our tour**

- Arrive promptly 45 minutes prior to departure time to register, sign participation agreement and hear pre-trip safety orientation. If you miss the safety orientation, we will move you to the next available trip time without notice (which could be the next day) so it is important to arrive on time.
- The participation agreement thoroughly explains all pertinent aspects of jet-boating including personal health requirements. Refusal to sign the agreement will not merit a credit or refund.
- Wheelchair accessibility - guests are able to use wheel chair onto the dock up to the boat, but cannot bring the chair on the boat. If assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer. Guests must be able to sit on a bench seat and support themselves by holding on to a bar in-front of each seat without assistance.
- Late or no-show participants will not receive a refund. You have 24 hours prior to your trip to cancel for a full refund. Trips can be rescheduled until day of the departure at no added charge (subject to availability).
- Guests must arrive on site via their own form of transportation - Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours is not responsible for getting you to the dock.
- *Please note that we do not see Niagara Falls from our tour*
- There is a minimum height requirement of 40" tall for the DRY Freedom Jet seats. Children will be measured on-site, and those who do not meet the requirements will not be permitted to ride.
- Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to ride without an adult chaperone (age 18+).

It was my wife birthday My car developed mechanical problems from the night before whilst driving there from new york city i called viator customer sevice to reschedule i was not accomodated i actually reserved it then my locked credit card was charged almost 400 dollars and now I'm stucked

What a fun and incredible tour! Worth every penny! I’d recommend the wet trip in warmer weather, not the middle of May. A little too cold still. Hanna and Jordan are a top notch crew!

From the very beginning when we got our wrist badges to the very end when we got off the boat everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The grandkids loved the fact that the people in the front of the boat were getting soaked while we enjoyed the ride inside and dry. The captain was an excellent driver and gave us all a thrill. Definitely would go again.
We had a blast! This was definitely worth the money! We did the dry boat as it was a little cool for us but it was great! They have a few seats in the very front of the dry boat where you can sit outside and get wet if you choose to. The people outside got soaked! Everyone seemed to have a very fun time! Highly recommend!
