My husband and I went on this tour on 7/10. I'm happy to report that we had a blast! The pick-up was timely and the group was small (personally, I love that). There were several stops along the way and I felt like the time management was great. We were able to spend just the right amount of time in each spot. Our tour guide, Johnny, was excellent- very knowledgeable, which you'd hope for in a tour guide, but also very outgoing and funny, which you'd also hope for in a tour guide, but don't always get. He seems to really enjoy his work, which is important and really sets the tone for a good time. If you book this tour and there is any way to request him as your guide, do it!

The experience was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this tour. You got to go on all the attractions on both the US and Canada sides of the falls plus several other interesting areas. The tour guide, Johnny, was assume and very informative.

It was the most wonderful day. Johnny was the most perfect guide. It was a very full day all about Niagara Falls on both the US and Canadian sides. I had flown over the falls before but nothing prepared me for the magnificent views and experiencing first hand the pure phenomenal power of the force of the water. Yes you get (very) wet - but that’s all part of the experience. You are provided with ponchos but you will still get very wet feet so wearing sandals or taking spare socks would be a good idea. One of the best sightseeing trips that I’ve ever done in my life and it was great value.

Great tour and Johnny was friendly and easy to talk to. We were looking for a smaller group and there were just 5 guests on the tour so we could ask questions. Johnny was knowledgeable and communicated well. He navigated the areas well and we were thankful not to be driving. We felt like we saw all the attractions on both sides of the Falls. Our suggestions are mostly oversights of management if they want to stand above the rest. We booked our hotel in order to stay at one of the pick up points since we did not have a vehicle. On the email confirmation they never had the pick up address of our hotel correct, though we called two times. We were told to look for signage on the vehicle that said Jupiter Legend. It was not posted on the mini-van. For security reasons, that should be remedied. Upon pickup of clients the vehicle should be in good working order, clean and the gas tank full (so we don’t have to stop to fill up.) Though there were only 5 guests there were 7 people total in the vehicle. The cup holder didn’t close in the back seat and it was where my feet should have been which became uncomfortable sitting in the middle of the seat. The tour was to be 5 hours long but it was 8 hours with traffic and with no lunch. When noontime comes, it would be nice to plan to have the clients somewhere to purchase lunch. Water was provided but picked up at the gas station we stopped at. A snack would be helpful! Overall, a great day seeing one of the wonders of the world and a good value to see both the US and Canadian sides of the Falls.

We had an excellent experience on this tour over the busy Fourth of July weekend. Despite the holiday crowds, everything was incredibly well organized thanks to our guide, Johnny. He handled all the logistics, kept the group moving smoothly, and made sure we were able to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. The itinerary was excellent and gave us the opportunity to experience both the U.S. and Canadian sides of Niagara Falls. We enjoyed the Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, Skylon Tower, Table Rock Center, the Niagara Whirlpool, Niagara Parks Power Station, and the Floral Clock. Every stop offered a unique perspective, and crossing into Canada was smooth and well coordinated despite the holiday crowds. Johnny was friendly, knowledgeable, and organized throughout the day. We also received a small memorabilia from the tour company, which was a thoughtful gesture. If you’re looking for a comprehensive, stress-free way to experience Niagara Falls from both countries, I highly recommend this tour.

I booked this reasonably priced outing (which includes all admission tickets) as a solo traveler less than two days in advance. The Viator system ran smoothly and I received Johnny Z's direct contact information promptly. His communications were prompt and useful as we determined the specific time for my Buffalo hotel pick up. We found each other easily and I took a seat in his immaculate car. We drove to Niagara to pick up the other person also doing the tour. Johnny was an excellent driver while also pointing out sites of interest. I am an endlessly curious asker of questions. To his great credit, Johnny adapted to my needs/preferences while keeping track of time, giving his two guests enough time at various sites, participating in lively discussions, and tending to technical things like choices of routes, avoiding unnecessary lines, etc. He appropriately broke from unrelated topics to point out/explain things we would have regretted not paying attention to. The time flew by and we saw everything we'd hoped to! Given the evidence of big crowd control measures not necessary that day, I think we visited at the perfect time of year and day of the week (Monday.). The border crossing was even fast both ways due to minimal traffic. WE ALL HAD OUR PASSPORTS and did NOT need any Visas to enter Canada or re-enter the US. Do your homework if you are not a US or Canadian citizen. Or only do a tour which does not cross into Canada. If you mess up do not expect reimbursement or even to be taken back to the original pick up spot unless everyone in the car has the same problem. Everyone, especially Johnny and Viator want every tour to be fully completed. I hope my mentioning this may save at least one person or group the disappointment and costs of a failed tour which is their own fault. I would happily tour with Johnny Z again and, once again, the Viator team served as a reliable link between tourist and tour operator. I loved never having to figure out where to park, where to buy tickets, and how to be at the right place to meet the timed ticket entry window. I had a relaxing, beautiful, damp, educational, fun time with three strangers getting acquainted because of the always glorious attractions in the Niagara/Ontario area.
