The tour guide was very friendly and patient. He was very clear with instructions at each location and provided ample time to see each attraction and still have plenty of personal time. Highly recommend this tour of Niagara falls.
Driver was not very friendly or helpful. My daughter always had to move the seat so the people behind could get out of the back row. I think the driver should have been doing that. He was hard to understand and didn't give clear instructions.

This tour was so good! Our guide Haroon was incredible! He was incredibly informative about the falls and kept it fun and exciting. I will definitely reccomend this exact tour to friends and family. 10/10
Horrible! Bus was late and we were late to all our excursions. Bus could not pass some inspections which caused the group to be split into sprinter vans and Ubers. Totally unprofessional. Want my money back!
We sincerely apologize for the delay and frustration. Our bus experienced an unexpected mechanical malfunction, and our backup transportation arrived 30 minutes late. We arranged the sprinter vans and Ubers on the fly to ensure you could still get to your destinations rather than canceling the trip entirely. We understand this fell short of a seamless experience
I have used Viator many, many times. This is the worst "tour" I have ever been on. I do not give bad reviews. However, for a company that prides themselves on service this was horrible. Reasons: No Tour Guide Driver could barely communicate with us. We were stuffed into a GMC SUV...in the back. We did not have any "Niagara History in information of any kind. This was a Driver at very best...no tour. I could have booked a car for much less and not suffered so much I have been on the best Viator tours and this was horrible. I hope Viator makes this right with me. If not, I will contact Amex and dispute the charge. I am sorry about this review, but I am so disappointed with a company that should know what is going on. I would n3ver do this again.

You are mixed with other tour groups that have more activities than you. The guide kept the groups on schedule with different pick up times at different stops.
Bang on schedule throughout the day. Great commentary and advice from Haroon on all stops and a comprehensive view of historical issues.
